Yacht club and great hangout place with large patio by the water with bbq grills.
Club has sail boat for those who do not have their own. Club races open to all members.
Great place to learn to sail for a price of membership.

Next building can’t nobody sleep on windy weather, because the mast heating the pillar all the time so loudly, please guys fix this problem it’s really annoying! Thanks
