Rude experience. He was was very angry that he had to answer my call at 7: 30 am on a Sunday. Apparently he sleeps IN! Good luck with trying to get a return call-Staff never seems to get the message to the doc. Dont try to send an e mail to patient portal Dr. Nudelman is not listed. And dont waste your time with the on call service. Better luck using a carrier pigeon I will be looking for a new practice since this is going down hill fast!

Dr. Nudelman I find him very knowledgeable in his field of medicine also Dr. Nudelman has excellent bedside manners he takes the time to explain his thoughts in reference to care he also will take the time to answer any questions the patient might have and Dr. Nudelman will follow up with my other health care providers to keep them in the loop in reference to my care and that’s big for me.

Dr Nudelman is fantastic, as are all the medical staff I worked with. But good luck with securing your appointment.

First appointment, they had to push me back a bit, which is fine.

Second appointment was scheduled for a Monday. They waited until Friday, an hour before they close, to call and ask if I was vaxxed. I hadn't done so yet, so I needed to provide them a PCR test. Without enough time, they needed to reschedule me. They had tested me at their facility for my previous appointment, so I asked if this was an option. It was not because the woman on the phone did not know when the tester would be returning. So when can I be rescheduled? The woman on the phone didn't know when there would be another availability, which made it impossible to know when I should go get tested.

Third appointment. Showed up to be told my appointment needs to be rescheduled. They changed scheduling software and somehow my appointment got shifted and now the doctor no long has room for me. This happened long enough ago that it happened before the woman telling me this worked there, but soon enough that they couldn't tell me before today. Evidently they tried calling me, but called some phone number that's not mine. Which they've never used as a contact before.

And this isn't to take into consideration forms and images that were supposed to be sent to me that never were. Dr Nudelman apologized for this when I saw him last.

Three appointments, three issues with scheduling that come down to the front desk and a lack of communication and organization.

Fantastic doctor, would love to continue my treatment with him. But the entire front desk needs to be replaced because I'm not going to continue taking time off from work to be told at the last minute that there was an issue and it needs to be rescheduled.

Edit: After three mistakes and an attempt at rectifying, to paraphrase a 14-minute long conversation, I was told my options were either an inconvenience and a 4 week long wait.

Dr NUDELMAN is a very good doctor. He is very through and listens to your concerns. I have been with him for asthma therapy as well as my primary doctor. Definitely recommend him.

Dr. Nudelman has been taking care of my pulmonary issues for quite some time. He's excellent and very thorough. I will continue to see him. I also would definitely recommend him as well.
