miss KOREA BBQ reviews
28Service is great, but the veggie bibimbap option has very little flavor. People who had meat dishes on the table enjoyed their meals, though. So, vegetarians, choose wisely!
Food was great. Service was excellent. Definitely on the pricier side of Korean BBQ places but I will say you get what you pay for.
Very cute set up, ambiance was nice but the good was not like I hoped. Really bummed out about it. Customer service was great.
My son went there for his birthday. Food was great but way too expensive and not enough food for the money. Spent over $500 and left not satisfied. Had a nice experience but NOT worth the money
This is our go-to restaurant for Korean food. We travel from New Jersey just to dine there.
Bibimpap, hot-pot are way too good to describe
I love their chilled shoju.
Excellent kimchi & pork dumplings
The meat quality is average because they focus more on loud music like a nightclub than an authentic Korean BBQ. Please don't waste your time here.
Not impressed. You leave this place smelling terrible. Dont make plans to go out after or your stink will scare people away.
Marinated spicy pork was good and not that spicy. Rice bowl was bland and felt like it was missing something. About 20 minute wait on Friday night. Decor was good but not lavish. Service was pretty quick.
It was OK. Not many options but food was good. A bit pricey considering usual Ktown meals are def budget friendly.
Very poor experience at this restaurant. They left the previous customers’ drinks on our table and then told us the drinks were ours even though they clearly had been consumed already. The server and manager were extremely rude when we brought this to their attention. Then the restaurant attempted to charge me for a second order in addition to my own. I don’t recommend this restaurant unless you’re looking for a sketchy and unpleasant establishment.
The main lady that ran the place she came back with the bill and made me tip the guy and told me i had too man f u i'm never going back don't go here
The staffs were horrible. Specially one woman server who took care of our table. She got mad at us because we asked to have a separate check. She was almost throwing the food on the table. It’s our first and will be last visit here. She literally ruined our night!
I love the food here. The staff was super friendly. Everything was just made perfectly and fresh. Only thing I could not try was the kimchi soup which was due to a seafood allergy that I have. Forgot to mention it to the waitress otherwise they would have made it special for me. That was my fault. My wife said it was amazing and I believe her. It was a special experience for us so can't wait go back there. I dream about the meat sometimes. It was just that amazing.
So, I went here with a group and it took a while to get seated. That's not altogether terrible for a Saturday night and once we were seated, we did get food and drinks at a pretty reasonable pace. But, everything was over priced. And the food was mediocre at best. Like, I've cooked better than most of what I ate. The meat lacked flavor and the shrimp literally they didn't even put salt on it. Pretty disappointing considering they charged something like $70-80 per person.
Really expensive, and it's just not worth the asking price. We even went on a Groupon and I was still stunned at what they were asking. It could be forgiven if the food was at least decent. I say just stay away from here, nothing good to be had.
This has been a favorite of me and my friends for years. We used to do Korean BBQ lunch there every Friday. The food is great, authentic, and the portions are good. The dinner menu can get pricey- which is why we always did lunch.
Have tendency to rush you to make an order, like within one minute of sitting down. Although they leave you alone after you order. This is annoying behavior.
Pricey. There's a five dollar difference btw lunch and dinner menu for the same item. I can't fathom what makes up the difference besides greed. One dish is like $25 for dinner with tip, makes me wonder if I should have stayed home and eat the weeks of grocery I could have bought.
Went there couple days ago
The food was good but not the service
The waitresses were rushing us out while we were eating
Typical Ktown bbq spot- good bbq meat selections small selection of side dishes, and small bar offerings. FYI they are no longer offering the late night menu.: (
Great bulgogi and kalbi. Very expensive for what you get, although quality is excellent. Great service too.
