They did the worst nail in my life and they are so rude. They didn't even show the colors. Stay away!

I walked in today asking for an ombre design with dip powder. Showed her the design I was looking into getting (kept asking for help picking out colors-felt ignored). They left me nothing like I asked very upset and disappointed

11/23 came with no appointment. They did nice job on feet, but on nails they filed until blood, and not mentioning all different length.

Came in with an appointment and wasn’t seen for 15 minutes. Two people proceeded to walk in with no appointments and were seen before me. After 25 minutes of waiting after my appointment time I still had not been seen so decided to leave. Who knows if they would have done a good job or not but they do not prioritize appointments.

Too many questions and talking during my 55 dollar pedicure. Didn't even realize that my chair had massage, Was never offered and staff kept trying to add things to up my charge

They are always providing exceptional service! They have implemented a very rigid sanitation practice and that gives you peace of mind! All their services are 5 stars. Not only me but my husband always enjoys coming here.

Walked in and stood and the reception desk for 19 minutes, multiple nails techs walked by me and not a single one greeted me or asked what service I needed until one felt like she had to say something after seeing me stand there for 10 minutes. I asked how long the wait was, it was about 20-35 minutes and I did not mind waiting at first because the reviews were great but I eventually decided it was not worth it to wait since no one even had the decency to greet me at minimum so I took my business elsewhere.

Went in here to get my eyebrows done. I wear my eyebrows very full and decently thick, without asking me the lady gave me a completely new eyebrow shape thinner than I have ever worn in my left and I sat in my crying. Do NOT trust their eyebrows styling I now have to spend over a hundred dollars buying product to fix my eyebrows that got reshaped when I asked for a touch up. Terrible experience

I was very nervous to walk into a nail salon after COVID numbers lowered. MIST nails made me feel comfortable. They take your temperature, clean your feet, give you a clothing covering and bring you to wash your hands immediately upon arrival. They have dividers during manicures and wear masks and face shields during pedicures. They are fantastic!

Do not get the eyelash extensions here. I wasted so much money to have them be hurting my eyes, not full enough, and falling out the next day. Waste of my money.

I had a bad experience here once before and after that one time I should have gone elsewhere. The powder dip chips on the SAME DAY! Less than an hour after my manicure I have multiple nails chipped.

I figured I’d give them a second chance because the location is convenient to my gym. I went yesterday evening and now less than 24 hours later I have 8 nails chipped completely and I hate the way the tech shaped my nails! I’ll never go back here again.

For anyone looking for a new and great salon in the area—LULU Island nail on Larkfield is amazing! They can be busy so I have gone to Mist to avoid a wait because Mist always seems to be empty. Now I know why!

Great nail place. Have been coming here regularly for over a year. It is clean and prices are reasonable. They do a great job with the different types of pedicures.
