The first couple times I went here to dry clean my blazers it was great and they'd come back smelling really fresh. But lately they are not very thorough. I pay nearly 100$ to clean my blazers every month and they still come back smelling only slightly less sweaty than when I drop them off as if they're only pressing them or something. I even point out particularly areas to clean more thoroughly and they say they will but for the last couple months I have not been getting my money's worth.

I brought in a long WHITE down coat to dry clean with 5+ YEARS of coffee stains. Yikes… I know. I should have brought it in earlier. They removed all the stains as if it was never there. I’m honestly so impressed. I wish I took a before picture.

I’m a long-time customer and have done business with this dry cleaning for many years. However, the last time I was at this place on 1/24/23, the owner was rude when I asked a question about the price that I was charged for a blouse which it was higher than I’ve ever paid, $12. (I didn’t even question the $25 I was charged for a silk scarf.). For reference, I’ve paid $10 for a blouse in the city and $7.50 in Astoria most recently. These people charge like they are paying Manhattan rent and give you an attitude on top of that. Never coming back again!
