Mizu Sushi, Hyde Park NY

Good and service was great. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The sushi was presented very nicely and was fresh and tasty. The miso soup was delicious and we also ordered the plum wine which was superb.

The amount of times I've ordered from Mizu Sushi and never been disappointed about anything. The food is always phenomenal and the inside feels really cozy. I would highly recommend. It's the best sushi place within the area.

So far, this is the best sushi place for miles. Many places may have good fish but do not make the sushi rice properly. Mizu has both the best sushi rice and fish. Even the salad dressing is better than the other local sushi places. The Yaki Udon was also very tasty. Ambiance was relaxed. I will definitely return.

Came here to celebrate my anniversary after a lovely day touring the Vanderbilt house. We had the homemade dumplings as an appetizer- which was a DIVINE dish. So good that I ordered a second one. The sushi was wonderful as well- they had no rice sushi which was perfect for my diet. The kani salad wasn't my favorite but honestly the meal was wonderful, so I didn't care.

The service was good and it was located in a newly made plaza. If we are ever in town again, we will be back!

There was sushi at this restaurant. I got the avocado roll. It was delicious and nutritious. In addition, the atmosphere is very zen with the meditation music in the background.

Mizu used to be our go-to, but their food has been going downhill steadily. Today's take-out order was an all-time low. These rolls are the most pathetic rolls I've ever seen. Have you ever seen such tiny pieces of fish in a sushi roll? And the quality of the rolls is so bad - when I attempt to make sushi at home, like, twice a year, my rolls come out better than this. I don't think they take much pride in their work anymore. The fish tastes okay but the ikura (salmon roe) sushi (which is also on the paltry side) tasted metallic on the first bite - the rest got thrown away.

This was a take-out order and i hate to think it, but I wonder if they use the worst pieces on the take-out orders because they know that customers won't see it until they get home, and most people won't make the trip back to the restaurant to do anything about it. It's a sad commentary on their values if that is the case.

This will be our last time ordering from them. It's really a shame because they are the only sushi restaurant on grub hub that delivers to my house. We would have continued to be regular customers if they had just put in a bit of effort. I think the photos speak for themselves.

The restaurant is neat and clean. Nice ambience and decor. We ordered Unagi Don, Sushi and Pad Thai. We were impressed by their fast service and quality of the food.

This is the best sushi restaurant in Dutchess County! Absolutely fantastic owners everything is always fresh wonderful selection I highly recommend!

Went recently and the service was beautiful, and the food was great including the Ginger Ale. Also the prices are fantastic. Go here and enjoy.

Though there is limited seating in the restaurant, it usually has a few seats open during a busier time. My partner and I went for lunch and spent roughly 36 dollars for drinks, a tonkatsu lunch, 2 salads, miso soup, and 5 sushi rolls. Absolutely worth every penny and the staff is very kind and helpful.

Been going here since they moved in and have loved it every time. Nice staff that does a wonderful job. I'll continue going for as long as they exist.
