Great variety of products, but I think they're expensive. Heads up though.make sure you look over your recipe carefully.

It is supposed to be a haberdashery and they do not sell thread for crocheting.

I purchase gold stars perfect for my Spain Jersey. Check out recommended which glue to use so it would not ruin my jersey. Every was fiendly.and approachable. I recommend this place to everyone.

M&J have all the tools and razzle dazzle you need to make costumes, evening wear, novelty apparel, and decorative items for home and craft! There are several other trim stores in Manhattan, but m&j is definitely the prettiest and most organized. With that said, their prices are high, but for the quality of the items I purchased made it worth it. I needed a very small quantity of rhinestones and since M&J carry Preciosa and Swarovski stones (the avail colors are on the website) I decided to drop my coins there. I got purple velvet rhinestones from Preciosa and a little bit of prongless trim for a project I'm working on.

There was a really helpful store associate, I believe her name was Wisleiya (I apologize to her if I butchered her name!) She made the experience so easy with her kindness and knowledge about items i asked her about. Paying the high price didn't seem too bad since the customer service was top notch!
