ML House, New York NY

I've hopped around and lived in many buildings over the years and ML House has by far been my favorite for so many reasons. I cannot express how much of a gem ML House is.

The building is new and every inch is so thoughtfully designed (marble + glass door showers, beautiful flooring, great sound attenuation). Central and smart heating is such a game changer I don't know how I can ever go back to living with a PTAC unit. By a quality standpoint, this place is hard to beat.

And the staff here are everything. Safet, Kristian, Angel, Anes, Anxhelin, Aldo, Anxhelin, Genc, and Artan (I hope I got them all) are professional, yet so friendly, and always willing to lend a hand. Nothing, literally nothing, gets by them and I've never felt as safe as I do here. Having stayed in other buildings and encountered terrifying situations with strangers who have slipped through, this was of utmost importance to me.

10/10 recommend this spot! You will love it here!

I’ve been living at the ML house since January 2023 and have loved my time here! Unfortunately I’m moving out of NYC tomorrow, but had to come here to write a review before I left because my experience was so awesome. I loved all the staff here, everyone is so sweet and kind and I always felt so safe. Safet is the best super I’ve ever had in NYC, and the building overall was always clean and taken care of. Special shout out to Kristian for always loving on my high anxiety rescue pup Lyla! But big thank you overall to all the staff (Anes, Gene, Angel x2, Aldo, Artan) for being great. Highly recommend!

It was an amazing year! I had great time here, it’s comfy and quiet. Thanks Super Safet for all the services. Shout out to doorman Anxhelin and Kristian, and every other doorman, handy man, Iaasha, you guys are the best!

ML House is a fantastic apartment complex and the amenities are clean and new. The superintendent, Safet, is great and attentive to the property. All of the staff have the utmost professionalism and are responsive to any requests. The front door staff are kind and welcoming. I truly felt at home and safe at this apartment.

This was by far the best apartment experience I could have hope for, and one of the highlights of my time in NYC.

I would recommend this apartment to anyone without reservation.

ML House was the best place I've rented in NY.

The staff are incredibly cordial and helpful, and Safet the super is really the best! He would always be happy to provide supplies, repairs, or advice when anything wasn't working, and was quick and clear with all of his communication. One of the concierges, Kristian, went above and beyond to help me find a ring that I had dropped in the subway grates outside! Aldo, Gene, Angel (x2), Evan, and others were always the best at striking up a conversation and making us feel welcome.

Besides how beautiful the apartments are, we always felt safe and welcomed by the staff there. I strongly recommend for their professionalism, hospitality, and cleanliness. Cheers!

I've lived at ML House for 1 years and it is one of the most amazing place to live in. The building is nice and sleek and is in one of the best location in the city, in front of Bryant Park. The place is so accessible and there are all sorts of subway lines available.

Best part of living here is the amazing staffs and super. Every single doorman in the building is so nice and considerate. I've thoroughly enjoyed living in the building thanks to the wonderful staff and management. They are extremely efficient, professional, and friendly. They also prioritize tenant's safety and are very good at preventing strangers from entering the building.

I have been living at ML House for over two years, and all crews (Anxhelin, Anes, Kristian, Aldo, Genc, Angel, Artan, and the superintendent Safet) of ML House are always super friendly, kind, and courteous as well.
With the members of ML House, my family can start a good day in great feeling and finalize a day in comfortable feeling. They sincerely care about increase of all the residents' living quality and always do their best for their responsibilities. This is why I renewed my contract with ML House last time and believe that my family will continue a great relationship with ML House.
Not only 5 stars out of 5, but also 100 STARS out of 100! =)

I’ve lived in several apartment buildings in NYC over the years and this is by far the best living experience I’ve ever had. ML House goes above and beyond to make sure you’re overly comfortable - it’s truly like living in a hotel. All of the employees are so kind, professional, friendly and helpful. The doormen and super are so tentative and always make me feel extremely safe. I absolutely love it here!

Ml house is a company located in mahattan, ny, usa in my experience it is a building that not only gives the best of themselves being professional in their day to day but they manage to get the best out of each one it is not a house it is a home where feelings bloom to the surface when writing this letter

At a professional level, if I have ever needed them, they respond immediately and quickly.

It is a family building that demands of itself the best for all its tenants with a very polite and warm treatment, giving a fantastic service in its repairs with exceptional qualities.

For me Ml house has not only been a guarantee of quality but also the possibility of living in an area of ​​manhatan where you can find pharmacies nearby ideal if you have medical children near the train in front ideal if you want to get to work early and not pass cold in winter or hot in summer

overall my wife and daughter and my self living here since moved to America made ML House our home moving three times within the building, the staff makes the building as long the staff continues working here, my family and I continue to rent at the ML House.

Revised review:
The attitudes of staff members change drastically after you move out. The lease termination states clearly that the deposit security check would be delivered within 14 days. While the funny thing is, when you asked the reasons why the $4k+ deposit check has not been received and had the check been sent in the third weeks after the lease termination, the staff and the management seem to have a very tacit agreement that neither will responds to the inquiries, or say, they simply ignore them. And now, the fourth week starts.

I have lived at ML House for 2 years now. The building is new construction and the apartments are sleek and modern. It's a couple of blocks outside of Times Square, which is fantastic for visitors.

BUT. The real selling point of ML House is the wonderful staff here! Safet, the super, is ever the professional. The concierge and porters (Angel, Kristian, Genc, Aldo, and Anes) are gems. They are friendly, professional, and ever willing to help you out. They are vigilant about making sure only approved tenants, guests, and delivery people are allowed up into the building. They always field and process your packages appropriately. Nobody is phoning it in here.

As a woman who walks around NYC alone, it's a huge comfort to know that these guys are holding down the fort, and will be manning the desk when I get back. They make me feel safe, and they are great to talk to as well!

I lived here for a year and a half, from July 2021 through December 2022. The building staff are all extremely well-trained, polite, professional and personable! Living at ML House was a phenomenal experience! While I will be moving to pursue new career opportunities, I would whole-heartedly recommend the ML House to anyone considering living in midtown and close to Bryant Park.

I lived at ML House from January 2022 to September. I truly had a fantastic experience. Highlight is the staff. I remember that my first day (moving day) was a raining Sunday and after an exhausted uhaul travel, my fiancé and I were warmly welcomed by Ann (front desk) that helped us a lot. He was nice, polite and calm. Safet, Kristian and others became friends and made our lives much easier during our stay. Building is descent, apartment is modern and clean, there are few apartments by floor (so quite), gym is nice and location is perfect. I had a concern with sunlight in the apartment in the beginning, but the other pros definetly compensated it. I'm thankful to ML House and I truly recommend it.

The building staff make all the difference being a resident - they are truly kind, helpful, and personal. The doormen are 10/10 and are the reason many call this place a community. And, the super (Safet) is an upright guy. It's been a great experience living here.

Great apartment with lovely doormen and super. I have always felt safe and welcomed in the apartment and management is very attentive to typical problems that may arise. Would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to live in a central location in the city!
