I cannot recommend this business highly enough. This may have been the best customer service experience that I have EVER had. The backlight on my MacBook Pro had worn out. Apple's 'Genius Bar' said that it would cost me $600 to fix the device and that it would require 10-14 days to do so. I brought my Mac to MM Tech and they fixed it for under $200 in 24 hours. Helpful, kind and courteous- they are the true geniuses!

Had a mac with bad firmware. These guys were responsive, and quickly turned it around. Working great. Would highly recommend.

Manny saved my iMac after its original harddrive was slowly dying. It came home a brand new machine and worked better than it did when I bought it.

I scheduled an appointment at night for the next morning to have my PS4 HDMI port replaced. The screen was completely black, the pins were ruined on it. Was going to ship it across the country to have it fixed but then heard about MM and decided after reading reviews to go to him. He is the real deal, professional, replaced it the same day and it worked perfect! I also bought new HDMI cord too which I would recommend. But if you need your HDMI port replaced, he is definitely the go to guy in Syracuse. Very professional, smooth interaction online and in person, no hassle and he called me when it was done. He even shows it works before charging you.

Manny repaired the logic board on our MacBook Pro. He was friendly, easy to communicate with, and fixed our problem for a reasonable price.

Manny was great! I spilled liquid on my macbook air and he was able to fix it for me quickly and at a reasonable price. He works out of his home so I wasn't sure exactly where my GPS was taking me, but I am very pleased with the service and the outcome! I would absolutely recommend his service.

Also explained what needed to be repaired and what to look for in the future as the computer ages. Very helpful and clearly loves what he does! I recommend him!

Manny was very welcoming. He was friendly and curtious. Our screen broke on our hp laptop and other than a delay on delivery for the part, we had our laptop back in a decent amount of time! Manny had it for less than a week.

After taking my PC to rescuecom (mistake) who claimed my CPU fried my motherboard, power supply and me knowing a thing or two I immediately packed up my machine, didn't even let them put it back together. Took it to Manny who fixed a damaged PCI Express slot in 2 days for under $100. Yeah. I thought I knew my stuff but Manny is like a PC Guru. And resucom charged me $200 to tell me my whole machine was broke.

Got my ps4 fixed by manny it was not reading any disc's, fixed within 24hours after a month still works good price and a respectable guy.

The tech assembled my Intel i5 gaming computer and installed windows 10 home fairly quickly and was very easy to work with. Turned the computer on and was amazing for the quick boot. I would go back for any repair or questions if need be in the future.

I made the unfortunate mistake of spilling water all over my MacBook Air, but everything was completely resolved with Manny's help. He was so kind and communicated with me every step of the way. I highly recommend going to Manny with any computer repair! My laptop was repaired in a couple of days at a very reasonable rate. If I ever spill water on my laptop again, I will be going back to Manny haha

Hands down the best! Manny was Super fast repairing my PS4 HDMI port. Not only did he show and explain the problem on the spot but was able to fix it and have it ready the next day. Sends you text confirmation and schedules appts around my schedule. Thanks again Manny now i can get back to relaxing and gaming.

Manny came to our home to install a quality wireless router that we purchased that was listed as "Plug and Play". Right from our first conversation arranging the appointment he was very professional. He was knowledgeable, prompt, courteous and fast. I managed to partially install the router but Manny really got it installed and got the printer and the backup reconnected to the computer. He also cleaned up the computer, installed a Roku and a new DVD player. In short he was a Lifesaver. He was indeed reasonable as other reviewers stated but what really matters is that he truly knows his business!
