Mocha Burger, New York NY

This place has has been my go to place for a casual night to grab a bite but never again. We stopped by recently the food was fine but not as good as it used to be. And don’t get me started on our server. If management wants a description; male, white, speaks with an accent and seems a bit older. Before i get into it. I think all the other servers are great. I’ve been here many times but this guy has got to go. I don’t know how he is still employed here. (And if you’re wondering he has served us in the past, his attitude was also not so friendly) Anyways, While he was taking our order he was coughing all over the place. He coughed on us and into his hands. As much as i wanted to leave we stayed anyways. As soon as we ordered he was nowhere to be found until after we were done our meal. Until then other servers were bringing out our food and whenever we needed something or wanted to order something else from the menu he was never around so we would ask other servers. Finally we were ready for the check and there he was. And guess what? He doesn’t being us the check. And we see him standing around by the hostess. After sometime we asked a different server to bring us the check. I’m not sure what the process is in this place. But this was the weirdest experience.

I lobe this place and i had the best server ever give her a raise angelia! She’s the best best food will definetely come again

We were surprised to discover a new strap in the restaurant. It turns out that five or more pay 20% extra to the price (not a tip, but an extra which is mandatory) and ask for a tip.you have been warned.

My recent visit to Mocha Burger was exceptional, largely thanks to Jonathan, our outstanding waiter. His menu knowledge and friendly service elevated our dining experience. The burgers were delicious, and the cozy ambiance added to the charm of this restaurant. Jonathan's exceptional service truly made our meal memorable, and I can't wait to return.

Loved it here! The service was very fast, and the workers are friendly especially our server Joel. Definitely coming back the food was so appetizing.

Excellent and outstanding service. The waiters and waitresses are always there to see if you need anything. Food is amazing and phenomenal. I definitely will come here again. Biggest shoutout to Angelia and Devon (waiter and waitress) for providing not only only exceptional service but providing a friendly and positive atmosphere and environment!

Was sat very quick by our amazing waiter- joelle. Every item we ordered was amazing. The music was good. Service was quick and very helpful. No complaints. I will be coming back for sure.

I came here and I was so disgusted. I ended up sending back the steak 2 times, it was still so raw. Don’t recommend coming here at all. I was still fully charged and couldn’t even enjoy my dinner. To spend full price on a steak and not even enjoy it was the most unsatisfying part.

The service is here is great.love the waiters and waitresses.especially angelia, she asks if everything is okay and provides us with more water every 10 minutes.love coming here. She even remembers my name.devon and angelia were very nice and patient with my friends and I.love coming here.definitely recommend!
