Very accommodating owner and staff. Special ordered a shipment of organic dog kibble they didn't normally stock in their store.

My favorite pet store. Not only do they have the best products the staff and owner are very educated about the products. They are friendly and helpful.

Best pet supply store in the area! Sean and his staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about all of the food and supplies they sell. Also has a rewards program that really helps the bill. If you are looking for something specific ask Sean, he will get it for you!

Modern Pet has top quality products that you cannot find Petco or PetSmart. The owner is very willing to order special products and the staff is very well and accommodating.

I've been coming here for a while and everyone here is very knowledgeable. They have top quality stuff and the owner, Sean, really knows his stuff, unlike some other big chain places. Prices are good for the quality products they have! If they don't have what you are looking for you can talk with Sean and he will try his best to get what you want. This is my go to place & def would recommend to anyone looking for top quality products for your fur baby.

Great selections and not bad pricing. The owner does a great job making recommendations and offers taste tests all the time. Our dogs love visiting the store in hopes of getting a little treat each time.

My pup was having problems with her hips, tried everything online and on Amazon with minimal relief. Walked into this store and within 2 days the chews they provided got my pups irritating me like a puppy again!

Staff kept checking in if I needed something, honestly I prefer the quiet so it was a little annoying. Their products are well stocked and always fresh. Quality over quantity type of joint.

I shopped at this place a few months ago and the cashier asked me if I wanted a receipt or not. I usually say no but when I got home, the jacket I bought my dog did not fit. Unfortunately, I did not have the time to go back to until today but I also thought I had no time limit. Of course, the manager tells me they have a very strict return policy apparently. The type of jacket was still offered at the store and I even found the size I needed. I asked the manager if I can just do an even exchange and she still refused. It would be nice if they warned us about the return policy or simply just always give us the receipt so we are aware of the store policies. I refuse to shop here again. It was very unreasonable, especially since the jacket still had the tag and was in great condition.

I needed dog food and I got to the store about 5 minutes after closing. The front door was locked but I could see the staff inside cleaning up for the night. I knocked on the door and asked him if I could make a fast purchase. There was no problem, the unlock the front door I got the food and I was out in a few minutes. This ladies and gentlemen is the definition of great customer service.like many other businesses "sorry we're closed come back some other time".
