I had a pleasant experience at this establishment. I had originally scheduled two appointments, but the day before, they called me to inform that one of my insurances was no longer accepted. When I arrived for my appointment, they informed me that it had been cancelled since I had scheduled both appointments at the same time. However, since I was already there, they graciously accommodated me. The personnel were nice and professional, and they worked together to create a pleasant atmosphere.

The office appearance could use some freshening up. But the office is a runs like a well-oiled machine. The receptionists n all dental assistants are wonderful. Dr. Neman is very professional and knowledgeable. Thank you for a great first experience at your office.

This is my 2nd time visiting Modern Smiles Dental and once again, I'm am pleased with service I received from the staff. The receptionists, hygienist and dentist provided excellent professional service. They made me feel so special and cared for. Sharon M.

Dr. Neman is a treasure - however this review is for your billing coordinator/receptionist who represents you and is extremely condescending, rude, and unable to think outside of her own box of believing that she knows all.

Patients are aware of their insurance information, so when they are trying to inform you that something is wrong or that there is quite literally a systemic issue where coverage needs to be verified manually, you should do your due diligence and investigate the matter with the insurance company that the patient is telling you they have. Instead, the billing coordinator here acts like they can do no wrong, tells the patient off, does not try to understand the information they are being given after wasting their appointment time that they have had reserved for over 6 months. I follow up with a call right after providing further information about the health insurance's system issue, of course my calls are promptly ignored from my number but after calling from another number, she can pick up. I try to explain the system issue with the insurance that is causing it to appear as not in effect, which at no point was she listening when I had to repeat over and over "can I please talk", but because she is a know-it-all, hangs up on me after a rant of not needing to be told how to do her job.

Dr. Neman, please have a conversation with your staff, because she clearly does need to be told how to do her job. Just because you work in an office verifying health insurances and addressing patients all day doesn't make you an expert who is able to assess and navigate every situation with respect. Customer service is a skill that this woman needs to relearn.

The staff was courteous and polite, and Dr. Neiman is excellent. He was patient and answered all of my questions.

Listen, lets be honest a dentist is a dentist. What mattered to me most is how the staff treats people. And I must say that I am impressed. From the lady at the front desk all the way to the nurse, they treat everyone like a human being. Come as you are and witness the best for yourself. P. S.the cost of service, during these inflationary times, is very reasonable.

This dental office has got to be the best dental office that I’ve ever been to. From the Receptionist to the Nurses to the Dentist. This Dental facility is the best place for your dental needs.

Very caring and helpful staff. The dentist was very caring and showed empathy with my pain which wasn't from the dental procedure but from a previous surgery. Nice people.

Schedule appintments with ease. Excellent care given. The dentist was thorough and explained everything. No excessive wait time.

I don’t like to go to the dentist and was very apprehensive about going to this new dentist but the staff and the dentist were perfect. They are patient and caring.

I did not receive dental care, this is only about the front desk lady that I spoke with. She did not hold accountability and was unprofessional. I called to reschedule an appointment that I missed and they did not put me down for said appointment. I came to the office for the appt and they told me I couldn’t be seen because THEY did not put me in the schedule. She didn’t care and said oh we can’t see you today. When I asked her what happened, she said that I didn’t speak with her when I called to reschedule my appointment. Get new competent staff please!

Great service, staff are friendly and professional. I never wait too long and if they anticipate a delay they notify you right away. That's a plus because other dentist offices just make you wait without saying anything. Dr. Neman is great dentist, care provider and person. He knows his craft. He lets you know straight up and even tries to work with you. I recommend him to anyone looking for a dentist.
