I went for a Covid test. It was very convenient to have a virtual waiting list and not standing on a long line outside. I also appreciated the relatable kindness and informative table-side manners of the medical assistants. THAT is always key for me. The facility itself, is clean and they maintain the social distancing with ease. Glad it's in my neighborhood.

I had a seamless experience when I stopped in to get a rapid COVID test. Everyone I met with was kind and helpful.

Went in for help for my ear infection and the two black male nurse (can’t remember his name) and physician (Gilead) were really sweet and I felt comfortable and felt great leaving. They listened to my symptoms and checked on me thoroughly. Nice to have people in the medical field helping me in my community and have them look like me too!:)

The staff and receptionists were very kind and knowledgeable. They have the option to wait on a virtual line for Covid testing, which is pretty great compared to CityMD where everyone has to line up and wait outside. The nurse was extremely caring and had such a calming presence. I felt the facility was safe and clean. The results were rapid and if you suspect you have a true positive, they will give you a second test that is more accurate just for confirmation.

No matter how hard i’m sure this past year has been for the employees here, they have never been anything but extremely kind and helpful. Be kind to them like they are to you!

One of the most organized urgent care centers I’ve been to! Got tested here for COVID with my fiancé. The process is so smooth and easy especially for the winter time. You just scan the code posted on the door outside with your phone and wait in a virtual line until you are told to come inside - we waited in the car. The testing was quick, the place is clean, and the staff was amazing!

Was able to walk up and scan the QR code to get on the waitlist which made it simple to track our place in line. Once there for our COVID test, they were super friendly and helpful in getting us checked in. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly and the doc assistant was great and made the experience quick and easy.

Highly recommend and will be going back.

Long 9 hour wait for Covid Testing but at least I was able to wait from home. Once at the clinic another 30 minute wait. The front desk staff was efficient and once in the examination room the actual test process was quick. I'd go back for continued testing.

Everyone was so nice and professional. The rooms were spotless and I was able to be seen and have an x ray done all within 45 minutes. My doctor and x-Ray tech were thorough and very kind. It’s so good to know this is in the neighborhood!

Clean space and extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff. I loved the nurses and would highly recommend if you are trying to see a doctor quickly. Also, if you call in advance you can get an idea of the wait time. Fred was exceptional and so was Dr. Rogers. Excellent medical information. Thank you!

Visited the clinic today for excruciating back pain. Was in and out in about 45 min. The staff were all friendly the facility very clean. Dr. Ibrahim Barry was great. I will definitely use this clinic in the future.

I visited this clinic for the first time today and I was so impressed. The staff were truly so kind and helpful, and the clinic was clean and in good condition. I was there for treatment of a UTI and I was in and out in about an hour. I usually make all my medical appointments near my work in Manhattan, but I’ll definitely come here again if I need urgent care. It’s better than most of the urgent care clinics I’ve been to in the city.

I had a great experience on my first visit. The staff was welcoming, the facility was clean. There was a slight delay and the reason for the delay was satisfactorily explained to me.

Seriously, it's the cleanest dr's office I've ever seen. And lucky for me on a Wednesday at 1: 30, it was totally empty and I was in and out with a scrip across the street at Walgreens in under an hour total. How cool is that, I was at work and was able to go and be back on lunch. The staff and the PA was lovely. Why, oh why can't a regular dr.office be like that? *cries*

Great comfortable facility. Nice staff and the doctors are excellent! Very quick too. They do not keep you waiting too long and seem to really care about their patients!

Service and staff were all great. Just don't understand why when labs are done, even if they are not positive, there are no call backs or follow up calls for the patient's peace of mind. But that's just me.
