I had a very good experience here while getting a rapid covid test.the staff were ALL very friendly, helpful and patient.and the use of a “virtual” waiting line is great! You scan a QR code and it puts you on a waiting list.you are able to wander around the area, get coffee or whatever.you just wait for a text to tell you that you are next in line.a very smart and convenient way to keep people from congregating in the waiting room and on the side walk.the actual swab and test results were both quick and the facility was spotless.ty modern md and staff!

Doctors were lovely and the nurse was quick, professional and to the point. Front desk was not helpful. Did not answer questions for many people. They were more concerned with ordering food than helping and gave many people in that waiting room an attitude

Awful service. Waited another hour after already putting my name down on the three hour list. I then was seen by the doctor and informed that I didn’t have strep throat, even though I felt like I was dying they gave me no meds. Then THREE DAYS LATER I get a call saying I do in fact have strep throat and have to get a prescription. THEN I get a bill because the lab they used didn’t bill my insurance directly. Will not be going here again.

I only come here for COVID testing and it’s always been a great experience. I’ve gone to City MD and they have charged my insurance without giving me the results. I don’t ever see myself going to the ER unless necessary or a City MD.

Came for a COVID test. Did not feel rushed and was really paid attention to. You have to join the virtual waitlist by either texting or scanning a QR code. Really really efficient. Couldn’t be happier with the service!

I’ve come here for rapid COVID testing a few times due to traveling. Today I visited for another testing because I recently developed severe cold symptoms as well as a fever. I waited about 15 mins for a doctor to come in despite being on the waitlist and the wait area being empty with barely any patients inside the rooms. My temperature was checked and I was given the nasal and throat swab because I’m guessing once they see you have a fever, they assume you may have Covid. I waited another 15 minutes afterwards for my results. The doctor sent another nurse to hand me my negative results and the doctor sent me home. I don’t have covid but what is the diagnosis for my fever, what are you going to prescribe me so I can get better? I had to suggest a prescription to them because all they seemed to care about was getting my COVID test out of the way and send me on my way! Then at the front desk they didn’t know how to explain anything without having to ask specific questions. Bottom line, you can get your COVID tests here BUT please don’t come in with flu like symptoms, just go to your PCP or the ER because they won’t give you any answers and it seems like they’re only COVID specialized nowadays.

Excellent! I’m so glad that I got my rapid test over here, the staff is very professional, and everything was so fast!

Do NOT sign up for a Covid test here! Took 5 hours on the virtual queue and then they tried to charge us $124 but it’s ok because they can “put it on your insurance”. Scam artists. It should be illegal to charge for a Covid test. So irresponsible.

Office staff were rude and disrespectful. I was told to expect a call back, it never came. When I called back I was put on a long hold, then transferred, then hung up on. Im still waiting for my test results.

The virtual line is great. Quick and great service and you avoid the long line (which feels like just another way to catch covid sometimes).

I arrived early before opening and was seen in fair time. I needed a test for work. The medical assisstant and the doctor were both nice and knowledgeable of the kind of test i needed and explained the difference between two tests I was seeking information.

The place was empty but there was a wait of approximately 4hours the doctor and nurse was very helpful just the front staff a little less helpful specially the male attendant

I really appreciated the virtual line and when I finally got there, I only spent about 30 minutes there. Good service!

Once your in it’s smooth sailing… Doctor was great but just be ready to wait Atleast 2 hours to be seen!

The staff was very friendly and were able to see me quickly when I (embarrassingly) got a piece of plastic stuck in my ear. Within a few minutes, the doctor was able to get it out and there doesn’t seem to be any lasting damage. Thanks so much for helping me out!

This is one of those places where they just want to charge your insurance. 2 hours waiting for the doctor to check my throat to say that I have an infection, (discovered America) it was obvious, my throat was red and swollen. And then in the prescription he sent me amoxicillin which I have at home and even stronger than the one he prescribed.
