My son was sick all weekend and I couldn’t get an appointment with his Pediatrition until Tuesday.so I decided to just walk in to this urgent care. I literally walk in fill out some information and went straight to the doctor.everyone was so friendly and helpful.thanks to the (Doctor) I was able too get the answer I was looking for. I am so bad with names…the girl who took my son’s nose and throat swabs was so good she explained to my son what she was about to do… and ask him how he was feeling and his symptoms. I love the fact she did that…

I took my son there and had the worst experience ever, the front desk girl made me enter before 2 other patients and when another nurse told her she argued very loud that it scared my son he asked why are people fighting. She kept shouting the system messed up not her, anyways I waited. The nurse came in she was very friendly she check his vitals and did swab tests then the doctor came in shortly and hand me 3 sheets of paper and said his medication was sent to the pharmacy and when I asked what medication she said it's on the paper I can read it but told me after when she realized she was rude. She didnt asked no questions or checked him. I then told her I want a pharmacy close by and she changed the info I gave earlier. When I went to the 1 st pharmacy they didn't had the medication and the pharmacist said it looks like it went somewhere else so she gave me the number to call when I called it was an animal clinic I called back modern the front desk girl said she will get it switch to another one when I went to the other one the pharmacist was like you cant give a kid such a big capsule that he wouldn't recommend. I called back the front desk girl and she was so rude telling me I needed to wait that it's a mistake I'm not the only person being treated.i waited a little over an hour. Waiting was not the problem but if they messed why not accept it and try to fix it quickly I had a child vomiting and not well in the cold and she just kept saying I need to know that it's not her fault that the doctor messed up that only the doctor can fix it. I see most of the reviews are exceptional, wished I had the same but my experience was absolutely horrible not to mention all the hold and shouting she did when i was calling back and forth like I was at fault. I'm not the kind of person to be rude at all, I believe everyone is going through something but a job in healthcare is to be taken seriously no matter how big or small your role is and I feel others should know of how careless and rude some people are.

The office is very accessible to get to via train or bus. They stay open until 8pm which is great for people who get off work late. The office is very clean and staff are friendly and helpful. I didn't have a long wait and I was a walk in. My nurse and doctor were wonderful. They both were friendly and patient. What I loved the most was that the nurse and doctor listened to what I was saying. They asked questions to get a better understanding and prescribed treatment accordingly. I have been telling all my friends that this is the place to go for care.

The staff here were friendly and quick. The building was very clean. Would definitely recommend. 12/5/22. Second visit this year. The staff continues to be friendly. Building was very clean and service was speedy. Would recommend.

Took my 5 year old daughter and she always have a good experience at the Urgent Care.
Just close by in the neighborhood and always there for emergencies. We are very thankful for them.

Disappointed in the care I received for my son’s flu symptoms. He was tested for the flu by the nurse, the provider came in and informed us he was positive and told me he was prescribed a certain medication and that was it. I’m just now realizing no one took his temperature, heart rate, blood pressure or listened to his lungs. No one took a look at his throat or ears either. I’ve never been to an urgent care where they’re not checking his vitals. If he has a pneumonia, how would we know if no one checked. I am going to call my health insurance and let it be known that I will be going to a different urgent care because of this and hopefully they won’t deny the claim. The clinic is very clean and most staff is friendly/welcoming. However the actual care they provided was poor in that sense.

Been here a couple times and they are amazing from the front desk, the nurses and the doctors. Always give a solution and very sweet and kind. I always go in and out and this facility is so clean and organized.

Definitely loved the service I received here. This will be my go to anytime I don't feel well. Perfect customer service and all the nurses and doctors are highly experienced and professional and great with everybody of all race and background. It's great to get access to medical assistance immediately fast and effective:)

People at the front desk and one lady in the back are generous. One female has an attitude, almost as if she doesn’t want to be there lol

I have Been here on many occasions and never meet anyone unpleasant and unprofessional like Rebecca at the front desk! I was the first patient there and then 3 others came she put me last although I was first! So be careful when u go there and her name is Rebecca
