The building is modern, clean and meets all safety requirements. The staff from.check im to the doctor was very professional yet friendly and accommodating. It wasn't a long wait and I felt at ease the entire time.

The staff in back are very kind & caring. But the receptionist in the front with dreads ruined the experience due to her disgusting attitude. I guess I asked her 1 too many question & she instantly caught an attitude.

The staff at modern Md 436 Utica Ave is always professional and friendly, I am always taken care of in a timely manner and feel very satisfied with the quality of care that I receive at this facility, I’ve been going there for a few years and I have always received the best care and advice and NP Kamille Bryant is the best, let me brag about her, you’re in safe hands with her, by far the best! Thanks Kamille you’re awesome as well as the staff!

Such a clean and inviting experience. Everyone is nice. I think the new way of making an appointment helps the pace of the environment. No more long lines. Come in when it’s your turn after joining the waiting list. Log in and wait to be called which is usually 2-5 mins. Overall a 5/5 for me.

I love the waiting list because I can run errands and be back in time to be seen. Also the staff is very helpful, polite and patient.

Went for Covid test. We registered for the on line waiting list. In and out. Super friendly staff.

This medical establishment was quite efficient. I was greeted by a few employees with a pleasant welcome. I was processed through quickly and seen 15 minutes after being checked-in.

The staff at this ModernMD location should be commended because they have an all star team. I visited for a Covid test and from the minute I arrived at the location to the time I exited, the customer service was amazing. The staff at the front desk along with the staff monitoring the line was very welcoming and friendly. Checking in was super easy. On top of that, the nurses and the team administering the test was on point. Keep up the awesome work.

Efficient, kind, clean, no extra frills. The PA wasn’t the warmest and seemed pretty bored, but everyone else was great. I’d definitely recommend for urgent care needs!

This clinic is very professional and courteous. The wait time is very minimal and the staff is amazing. I would recommend this clinic to anyone.

Service is fast. Got seen in 15-20 mins. Got a diagnosis and prescription in 15 mins all with only a $40 co-pay! The staff is nice. Everything is clean and modern and the waiting room isnt crowded. The TV works! Never going to the crowded 12 hour long wait emergency room ever again!

Dr. Ameer Kumar was great. Answered all my questions and was very quick. I have visited this ModernMD and they are very fast and I never have to wait more than 15 to 30 minutes to see a doctor at this location.

Every time I come here they call you immediately from the front but you’re left in the room waiting for over 20-30 minutes. Why?
