ModernMD Urgent Care, Brooklyn NY

When I arrived the desk clerks were pleasant and respectful. They gave me step by step directions on how to register for my appointment. The waiting room was clean and quiet and no one was speaking too loudly or gossipy. I didn't have to wait too long for my appointment. I would definitely go back there.

Unfortunately my test result came back abnormal (bacterial pneumonia infection) and the practice did not call me about it. I had to call them, and it was hard to get a physician on the line to explain my test results and treatment. Not good. This practice basically failed at the one, very routine, thing it was supposed to do.

Easy virtual line for a covid test on a Saturday. Friendly helpful staff! Quick test! Quick results!

Very bad customer service. I went for a fall injury to my arm and knee. Had to be prescribed Meds. After 2 days the one that required pre-auth wasn't even called in. After which I was told that my insurance won't cover it. I've never had this kind of problem with my insurance before. I'll will NEVER EVER EVER go back again. Oh and it took me at least 10 calls 1 after the other because I kept being put on hold.

Great service. Excellent, friendly staff. Clean spacious environment. Met a lady name ms. Dobbs that went beyond to make sure I was well taken care of and see that all my procedures was up to dated. I feel very please with my service. I would recommend this service to anyone.

I thought at a time of a pandemic I would've had a bad and time consuming experience but ModernMD proved me wrong, they were professional, friendly and fast! I was in and out!

I showed up right at opening time for a covid test. There was a line of about 40 people but they have a virtual waiting room, so I signed up and went home to wait. I got a text to come in about 5 hours later so I did and everything went smoothly. Good system to deal with the demand.

The absolute best. The doctor (Dr. Berlus) my son seen today was young cool and professional. The visit was a smooth. I like the way she interacted with my son and myself as well. I always go here when in need. Great staff. Most of the doctors are young friendly capable and professional always that's what I like.

Great experience, so quick even for a Saturday. Staff was outstanding and wonderful to see a young black woman Doctor (Dr. Berlus), who was wonderful and offered excellent advise about something I was doing wrong to get the best results. I’ll highly recommend them.

The staff there was exceptionally helpful but Shantel was the best. She took great care of my situation. Needless to say I was pleased with the service!

The moment I walked into the facility I was greeted with a good morning that brought a smile to my face. Even though I was in pain a friendly front desk worker with possitive attitude will make your visit better. The rest of the staff and doctor were very nice. I was in and out in less than an hour.

The stuff is really friendly. The environment is clear and tidy. I was seen within half an hour! I would recommend this place and be back for future visits. The only downside I guess is that the rooms and lobby are not very soundproof, I can hear the next door patient using his phone.

I had a very pleasant experience while visiting today. Professionalism from beginning to end of my visit. Everyone customer service was on par. I will recommend this location to family and friends.

Today was my first visit to ModernMD Urgent. Everybody was super friendly, although I wish one of the receptionist didn't speak so loudly (geesh I believe medical question/ answers or whether I have insurance should be at about a level 2 voice).
The doctor was very polite and helpful as was the nurse.
