hung up on us for no reason This place. Has us waiting 2 and a half hours in 40 degree weather every time we asked for a supervisor the agent hangs up this is a joke I can't believe I even took this place here they are so rude and annoying I was better off with Uber or anything but this
I can truly honestly say this is the worst company by far. No respect for the clients whatever. Even the people that have worked at this company have absolutely nothing nice to say about it. PERIODT…. Oh and your motive is to actually not care, happy to be done with you all.
The room was dirty and smelly and there were cigarette butts under the bedside, even on the bed too. The hotel charged me over $220.00 because there was an evidence (ashes) and I am not even smoker. Thus evidences were there even before me. Please have the upper management reviewed this issue to refund the charges and deposits. Lady said it would take up to 14 business days but I was there Aug 2023 and tomorrow is Oct 2023. Please
I feel it's crucial to share my disappointing experiences with Modivcare's transportation services to alert others to their recurring issues:
CHRONIC DELAYS: Despite booking well in advance, Modivcare consistently fails to dispatch drivers on time, leaving me waiting without any communication.
POOR CUSTOMER SUPPORT: Getting in touch with their customer support is a nightmare, with lengthy hold times, and agents making false claims about contacting me during pickup times.
DISREGARD FOR SPECIFIC NEEDS: Despite multiple reminders, Modivcare consistently sends regular cars instead of the accessible vehicle I require, compromising my safety and comfort.
MISSED APPOINTMENTS: Modivcare's failures have forced me to cancel or miss vital appointments, putting my health at risk.
LACK OF ACCOUNTABILITY: The company seems indifferent to its mission of providing reliable transportation and has shown little effort to improve.
I STRONGLY ADVISE AGAINST choosing Modivcare and recommend seeking alternatives that prioritize professionalism and reliability. These people simply do not care about you or your needs, and it baffles me how they are still in business given their consistent failures to serve their members.
This is with out a doubt the worst company ever they got this computer that Repeat constantly every time you give it a same answer. No one is Human enough to be on the line to take down your information. For Travel Do yourself a favor don't trust this company.
These people are unprofessional on many levels. Do not give them information and think you can ask for them to share it back with you, they will not.
These people are the old Logistic care transportation. Car service was issued from NYC Wheels on Modivcare's behalf and some unknown driver had my info and pick me and my 6 yr old child up. When I called because the ride felt off, they informed me they had no records of the car that was there for me as the car was not matching the description of the vehicle they had in the system on file to do the pickup. They told me I was in danger to exit the car immediately but never reissue another car upon doing what I was instructed to do. They attempted to cover stuff up and brush things under the table but, I have investigations going on left and right and plan to sue once the organizations and TLC finish their investigation, I'll move on to DOH and then civil court. They did not issue a text or call to advise of the transportation that should have been doing the pickup. Thier being held responsible on my end because it was they who chose to use the NYC Wheels car service. Logistic care back in the days used to offer and or ask if you had a preferred car service you want to ride with. They give you who they want to give, and it was a piss poor discretion utilized.
Make sure you know who they will temp to assign to do your transportation request to use a vendor you know and or trust. Remember were in a season that kidnappings and abductions are real.
Go look it up to see what is going on with car service having access to our information and passing it off to people that do not even work for the company. Look up how many cabs lately have been involved in this kind of shady practice. Any and everyone be careful and aware. I only pay attention once my disarmament kicked in, telling me to pay attention, only then, did I realize the car that I was in did not have any kind of TLC and/or ambulance stickers in the window nor did it have any type of ID Card inside of the console - area or on the seating. When I inquired about the driver and the lack of credentials, all he would now say is he did not speak English. Be safe ladies, single mothers traveling alone with kids, our at-risk population/ vulnerable, and elders. This is the driver trying to hide his face, he also has something in the driver's window to block his face. The inside of the car which shows no identification was anywhere and the cops were called to the location. You have to stand up for yourself, if not! Who will?
Horrible service not to long ago they sent me a driver that had about 5 people in the car he kept falling asleep not sure how or if anyone notice! Today I was supposed to get a procedure done for my back and the driver left me! She called me when she was already outside when I asked her why didn’t she call me on her way she hung up on me! Modiv care called me and ask me what happened and of course they took her side I’m going to call my insurance to see what I can do about this!
I don’t know know why health first continues to use this company for transportation for their members because they are not reliable. Members need to ban together to demand another car company to assist with member transportation. I am willing to begin a petition but I need assistance from other members. I am not a member but my mom is and be looking at the ratings and the reviews I hope that we can come together for out family and friends to demand a better car service. Members need to get to appointments on time and back home at a decent time and not have to wait over 4 hours and still not picked up. The car service is being paid, it isn’t free. Many members have worked and are now reliant on this service due to age.
Bad services. They sent Lyft or Uber for the first 2 times then started to use a small car service company which ARRIVED LATE and ALREADY HAD OTHER PATIENTS IN THE SMALL CAR. Neither the patients in the car or we had consented to share ride in advance. Called Modivcare and asked why they did this, the representative was so rude and said because we didn't specify we are not willing to share a ride. EXCUSE ME? It's your fault not asking patient's consent beforehand and blamed the patient for not specifying? How ridiculous! They don't care about patients, just $$$. AVOID!
No one understands the word “ time sensitive “ not one driver of their’s understand that you have to be at the hospital at a certain time. These people will screw you out of your medical treatment and still charge your insurance for a service that wasn’t full filled
This company does not care about it's clients. They are abusive liars who disrespect their clients.
They have recently partnered with horrible transportation companies that are making me late to many of my appointments. Just horrible.
Bring back Lyft. Why are you so greedy and mean to already suffering people? Shame on you.
I've missed and been late to many appointments since you stopped using Lyft. Left to wait for hours on end with no care. I hope you ball die
Their business is transportation and they refuse to come at 5: 20am for a 6am surgery appt. Humana couldn't even reach them by phone - told me they're not answering! Gave a disclaimer that they're not liable if driver is late, to add insult to injury. I'll take an Uber so I don't have to deal with this mediocre ride service.
Ridiculous wait from er. 4 hrs. It may have been delayed by hospital staff. But 3 hrs is not OK. I know its fidelis. But that's not right. CS however was very helpful in expediting when I called
