Great yoga studio! I've been coming here for a year and it's been such a lovely experience

Modo yoga is the best yoga studio I’ve ever been to and I couldn’t be happier to keep developing my yoga practice somewhere so comforting. It’s a safe space and such a warm environment. Many different teachers and classes to find what works best for your practice. I can’t recommend it enough!

Very sad to be leaving a review as this isn’t something I’ve ever done to any business and I truly have always loved this studio. I raced on a busy day down to my class and arrived 4 MINUTES before my class when the woman at the front desk so extremely rudely told me my PAID FOR spot had been “given away”. She then proceeded to so RUDELY demand that I “reread” their policy and then to “take a lap”. This is a yoga studio. A supposed place of peace and respect and I’ve never felt so upset and disrespected from any business. Again, it breaks my heart to leave this review as I’ve been coming to this studio for almost 10 years. Don’t come to the studio in the West Village unless you want to end up in a bad mood and money wasted.

What an incredible place! So grateful everytime i finish a class there.the staff and instructors are all very kind and professional.very pleased with the variety of classes too.definitely recommended purchasing the $60 two week unlimited plan to see if you like it.

If you want to find a place for hot yoga, here's MODO. Instructors are professional. They are very nice and warm welcome. There are a lots of different classes which is easily to match your own schedule.

I tried many hot yoga studios in NYC before (finally) finding Modo Yoga in WV. I have a 200RYT so I tend to be quite picky about where I practice… and I’m totally sold on Modo! The WV studio is beautiful and I absolutely love practicing here. Instructors are great and They have a great variety of classes.

Hands down one of my favorite yoga studios anywhere, and I have practiced all over! Always a good vibe, no pretentiousness, and amazing classes. I am grateful this place exists!

Modo is a spot that I have been going to for years, both in NY and LA. It's like a second home for me. The teachers are excellent and you always leave feeling amazing.

I've been a member of Modo NYC for about 5 years now, & as someone who does not think of themselves as a particularly 'fit' or 'athletic' person, I have enjoyed the sense of inclusion & judgement free environment they have created at their studios. Most of the teachers are truly excellent & I love the variety of classes offered; every time I go, it's a different class, so I never get bored. Plus, there are like 15 classes a day at each studio, so you have 30 opportunities to make time for a class, made easier with their app, which is also great. I love that the Unlimited membership comes with all the rentals, so I just show up with clothes & a water bottle & I'm ready to go. I couldn't recommend it more, both for your body & mind.

The best hot yoga in the city by far. An incredible range of class types, instructors and class times. There really is a class for everyone here! Not to mention it’s the most reasonably priced studio in the city. Thank you so much Modo for creating such a warm and inviting environment.

I LOVE it here! The environment is peaceful and not over the top, the instructors are challenging but encouraging and the facilities are always spotless. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Really awesome - clean, unpretentious, inviting for all levels - hot yoga studio! They have a number of different classes, suitable for all levels (even if you're completely new to yoga like I was), and your mat rental is free for your first visit. The studios themselves are cleaned after every class, and everyone is spaced out nicely (you don't feel cramped at all). Locker rooms are always clean, and the keyless lockers are a nice touch. Booking classes is super simple via the app or their website.

I always leave the classes feeling refreshed and relaxed. Highly recommend!

I love going to Modo yoga! Hot yoga in general is such a treat for me, to feel mentally and physically great, and Modo Yoga provides an amazing space for that. Always a great, clean environment with friendly people and great instructors. I highly recommend!

I love this studio for their vinyasa / modo flow. Classes are always high energy and the studio itself has a nice vibe. The 90 mins are / were my favorite.please bring them back! They seem to be few and far between
