Moe's Southwest Grill, Williamsville NY

The meal I had was not prepared well, chicken was not cooked thoroughly and in our other order I had steak and chicken in it when I only asked for chicken. Been at other Moe’s before but prolly won’t come back here.

I always love going to Moe's. I usually get a bowl and add taco meat and tons of other toppings. Their staff is very friendly. I personally enjoy always being greeted when I walk in. "Welcome to Moe's" they have a Coke machine and you get plenty of drink options with different flavors from it. They're queso is my favorite. In fact I'm getting hungry just writing this!

Wasn't greeted. Garbage was full. Staff seemed not to want to be there. Not at all friendly. Location down the road way way better.

DIDNT EVEN SAY “welcome to moes! ” WHEN I WALKED IN. That’s when I knew something was up. Rude in the process of burrito making. Threw the stuff together. No eye contact. The tofu was awful. Never followed threw with the promise of free chips and salsa. That’s one of the reasons I even went there. Food was okay but customer service really needs work.

Best quick food around. Always fresh ingredients. Love the fresh jalapenos! Get the Joey. Oh best salsa and chips by far!

Food was good and service was quick. We ordered the large queso and got the chips but no queso. Didn’t see it till I was home, so we were kind of bummed that wasn’t in the bag.

Food was great.annoying mask Nazi’s! An employee told me my mask looked thin. Yet she finger blasted my food after adjusting her face mask a few times.

Always accurate with order preparation, always timely as well. Food is almost always fresh and delicious!

Food was great and the girls were nice! Much better than my last visit at a different location.

Both of my last two GrubHub orders from this location have forgotten orders of queso, which I think we can all agree is some of the best available from chain quick-service spots. However, this last time, the chips and queso was intended to be a person's meal and our request for re-ordering and delivery was denied. The refund from GrubHub did not cover the cost of the item with the additional charges GH imposes. Just a disappointing situation since it was for a work lunch, so our lunch break is already time-restricted.

Delicious Moe's experience! The food was fresh, the staff was friendly and helpful. The entire restaurant was clean. We were able to sit outside and have a great socially distant meal to celebrate a birthday. There are self cleaning stations available for sanitizing tables and hand sanitizers available for customer use. Sunday kids eat free!

Only one out of the four workers were wearing their face masks correctly. Two of them had them down by their necks and one had her nose sticking out of it. Even when I questioned her about wearing her face mask correctly, she said that she usually does, but itwit just too hard to breathe with it on correctly. She didndid adjust her face mask even though I was directly in front of here. I cannot trust that this store is using proper protocol with covid-19 problem. I will not be returning to the store.

The girls at this location are SO nice and polite. The whole crew is fantastic, they all work as a team and I can tell they all love working together. Great location.

This place is great, It just cost me 12.00 for a big old burrito and a bottle of water. And I'm a totally full. I'm not a little man by any means and I'm 100% satisfied. Lifes good <3

Amazing amazing amazing burritos. Great taste and freshness. Also every burrito comes with a good size serving of fresh nachos and unlimited salsa. Keep up the great work.

Staff is always super friendly and patient! Food is expensive but man the queso is so so worth it! Always my go-to cheat meal!
