Moe's Southwest Grill, Liverpool NY

Pretty good place. I usually just get a few tacos when I'm here. Most of the time they only put 1 or 2 pieces of chicken into my tacos, which is pretty annoying. Other than that though, this place has a welcoming atmosphere and the service is good. Overall, come here, but if you don't like it, don't come back.

Amazing customer service.
One of the only places you can skip the line. They finish ringing out the person directly in front of them then they ask for your name for your to go. It's so fast I just love it. Our order is always correct. The chips are fresh. One of the best Moe's locally.

Did not yell "Welcome to Moe's! ", Disappointing. Very stingy with chicken in burrito bowl. Rice is undercooked, crunchy. Tacos are pretty small.

Overpriced for small portions.

Not the Moe's I remember. Id rather go to Taco Bell from now on.

I love this location. They are very attentive and quick! I picked up two separate orders and they were very quick and receptive
And they never forget to say welcome
It's a pretty big restaurant and it's always clean

Very spicy and salty food, at another time even raw rice.
Sometimes when I order it at home I miss the order I ordered.

Burrito was soggy. Had no cheese in it and not a hint of peco. Quite disappointed honestly

The place is filthy! The lettuce was Brown, they measure your food with a soup spoon, shameful!

Edible but possibly the worst location. We got steak burrito and chicken bowl. The chicken bowl had 4 pieces of chicken, no cilanto, probably 2 pieces of wilted lettuce, and the whole thing was a soggy soup, soggy rice soaked in bean water. The steak burrito had ground beef. We've gotten the steak burrito before to get chicken instead, i guess ground beef is closer but not what he ordered. Only order in so you can see what they are making, but is it worth to stand in line? Such a waste of money in the past couple of visits. Wegmans across the street it is from now on. And not accepting Moe Monday or any specials at the Liverpool location!

Kind of stinks that tomatoes and cucumbers are gone. Not everyone likes corn salsa or Pico. I can't have onion bit I love tomatoes on my items.

Manager stopped employee halfway through making my order so he could be the big strong manger in front of the pretty customer and make her run for lids she didn't need right away well he stood still. Interesting take management

Would give 5 stars but every time I mobile order, my burrito is 1/2 size and if you complain they insist that they work hard to properly portion everything and basically say they made no mistake. If you order in store, usually the burrito is normal sized so I just don’t understand the inconsistency.

Moes used to be my favorite place to get lunch or dinner from on Mondays because they have discounts for moes Mondays but at around the start of 2023 they made it so the discount is only for only orders and half of the time there app isn’t working properly so it makes it very difficult to order your food and still get the discounts this is awful from a customers stand point food is still pretty good tho

I’m a very regular costumer. I get moes atleast three times a week. I ordered a tofu burrito. I did not get any tofu in it. Nor was I notified the lack of protein. It would be like asking for steak and not getting steak. Will be taking a break for a while

2nd time at this location. Only had 2 types of meat, 1 kind of beans. Lackluster service.and it's just 2pm. No forks, only 1 drunk machine working.is there a manager here? Wow. Should gone to Chipotle

This location is great. Sometimes Moe’s in general has you hoping for little more options when it comes to meals besides bowl or burrito. But staff is speedy and reliable at this location

Went in there yesterday around 5: 30pm. I was amazed at how efficient the staff was during a very busy time handling walk in customers and online orders at the same time. They were amazing and the food was outstanding too!
