Appointment time mean nothing, No value for patient time, unprofessional staff, privacy policy doesn’t work.

Dr look stressed

This is the last place i would go again if i have to. I needed to have an MRI done it took 1.5 week to get an answer that the was no need to asked my insurance if it was approved. Once i go the MRI done i been calling for 2 whole weeks and i still have no gotten an answer from this office. The worse place to have gone.

This office is unprofessional and the staff is incapable of running a medical office. They don’t go by appointment time and take walk-in patients prior to those who already have scheduled appointments. My appointment time was at 4pm, the receptionist said to come in a hour early. The wait time is 4 hours plus. It is 8: 27pm and I still haven’t been seen by the doctor. The office manager is extremely unhelpful. The receptionist has no knowledge of appointment times. The doctors runs his practice on his own time.

There is also no covid precautions in the waiting area either which is very unsafe

Worst place, 3 hours wait although you have an appointment time they don’t see you accordingly.
The medical assistant and receptionist are very rude.
Unless you are willing to wait patiently please don’t come here. Waste of time

I’m giving this a three at most because this doctor always makes you wait a long time. And I’m sure others won’t disagree, however the doctor himself isn’t an In capable one.

Extremely unprofessional. Did not do their job in preparing for the visit and did not inform the patient she needed a referral from insurance company until the day of appointment upon patients arrival when they had a whole week to let the patient know. The patient sat there for 2 hours just for them to come back and say the insurance company couldn't understand what they were saying and to make matters worse had an attitude about the situation and made it seem as if it was the patients fault. Their lack of communication for something as serious as a follow up for a stroke patient with neurological side effects was beyond irresponsible.

Very unprofessional! I went for thr 3rd time and it was always a hassle.he ask very condescending questions as if he dont believe you.and he also wrote a prescription for a controlled substance on paper! At this time I would think any practice will know its done electronically. They gave me the run around for a week and a half saying the sister have to do it but they are very busy.well, they wasn't busy when they billed my insurance.and to put the cherry on top they screened my calls as if I was bothering them! I called for a couple of times a day to get the issued fixed and no one answered but as soon as i called from my wife phone they picked up.plese don't waste your time there.

Horrible experience! I came here at 3: 00 and so far it's been 3 hours! If I could I would've rate this 0 stars. Only people who have no lives and are very patient can come here.

If you are planning to go there make sure you have plenty of food and your medicences if you are taking any. More than three hours wait. We had approval for injection on Dec 22 for my mother and they could not make it deliver until today. No insurance issue Al all. Seriously month and a half wait for one injection. All I can say is excuses + lies from receptionists. Good luck if you get refferal from your doctor.

Worst place to go to.
We visited a week ago. Got a referral from a well trusted place so thought this place will be worth trusting.
The receptionist has 0 idea of what they’re doing. They are giving me a run around. Telling me that they are too busy to get me Authorizationz for MRI because they have too many patients.
When I caught Hamad in his own lies, Ambreen goes on to tell me, “he’s new”. NOT MY PROBLEM!

I have been calling them for seven days straight and keep telling them the person is in pain and is on Percocet.

Their response, if you’re in that much pain, go to urgent care or emergency.

I’m speechless and ashamed of these people.
