Bakery Moisha's Supermarket reviews
17It has valet parking and you just need to go one time and you're stockedfor a whole month which is very nice
Pros
Has valet parking.
Great weekly specials.
Big store with lots of workers.
Has everything I can think of.
Cons
Inexperienced staff (I was sent from aisle to aisle from one representative to another. I was also told that I'll get a case outside, not finding it there, I went into customer service who told me that they need to have someone bring it up from downstairs & that my cashier should have requested it right away, after waiting for my case a while with the person stating twice that he's being up in minute I asked them for a refund & just left.)
Staff isn't very helpful.
Pretty expensive on regular items.
They charge extra for boxes.
YOU NEED TO DOUBLE CHECK YOUR RECEIPT, please see pictures attached, the items in the shelves are not the items that are shown on the sticker & you'll be charged way more.
Very long lines all the time! I stopped going there because prices are higher and their lines are absolutely ridiculous.
It's one of the best places to shop. Management is very helpful, respectful and wonderful to deal with.
Horrible delivery service, the drivers pulled up to my house and went ahead and scraped my car parked in front of my house and I have everything on camera which I will be going to the police
This store is way too expensive, and the fact that they sell food makes it all the worse. If your laptop or car is expensive, that's fine since you only buy one or two and you buy them very infrequently. However, when your food is expensive, it's very easy to spend a huge amount of money without even knowing it. You need food to survive; you don't need a laptop or a car to survive. Food should not be expensive, no matter its quality or rarity. As others have pointed out, the store is filthy, and they're always unloading so many goods from the delivery trucks that they've taken over the public sidewalk outside the store to use as a sort of unloading and shipping area, which is illegal, by the way. There's also no meat that isn't kosher, and the fact that the meat is kosher just makes it all the more expensive (as if this store wasn't expensive enough). If you live in the area, I know there aren't that many supermarkets around, but go to the ShopRite on McDonald Ave. It's not that far and also has a great selection of kosher meat, seafood, and other products. The fact that the place isn't swimming in dirt is also a plus.
Three stars for some interesting products, but the customer service on the management level was pretty disappointing, to put it mildly. I happened to be there for the first time and the internet broke down. Customers gathered at the check out area, there was no information for a good while except "sorry, we can't take cards". I ended up leaving everything I'd picked and going away after waiting some 30 min. Would have been nice if they offered a discount for waiting or at least suggested where the nearest ATM is. And yes, the prices are rather high, not really a discount store.
Eggs had sign for 2.29. I went to pay and it rang up 3.19. They would not honor 2.29 price.
I hardly shop there for these reasons. Only in a pinch.
Please patronize honest shops!
Great valet parking!
amazing wide aisles!
awesome checkout counters!
5 stars for great customer service!
Workers are rude and unwilling to help. Unless you're a pretty lady then all of a sudden they're all eager to help. Also had to deal with a dishonest cashier who kept scanning the same item multiple times. I had to call him out on it and he refunded me for the extra charges.
5 stars for valet parking!
5 stars for wide aisles!

5 stars for extensive selection of……………everything!

Great prices, great selection. I have a great appreciation for how this store is run. Staff are excellent and very helpful.
I never experienced such rude management in my life. I was a loyal customer but you will never see me buy here again.
The most expensive in the hood. They also hire very rude mexican people, highly likely for cash, and very often change them
