During this whole COVOD-19 outbreak that has been plaguing the country I am very glad to have MONRO open and ready for service. Since being an essential service and dealing with double and triple mandations to ensure the safety and well being of others I wasn't necessarily looking at my car until too late and my breaks were metal upon metal. And my calipers were not gripping my brake pads. I called Mike the MONRO manager and Cort the tech that fixed my vehicle and explaining I was needing to be back at my job in a few hours he squeezed me in so that I could go back to my job. And always with a friendly demeanor and attitude they both did a good job and in a timely manner. Thank you!

Worst place I've been waiting months to go there everyone there is lazy and doesn't do anything but sit on third phones and last time I went there they completely refused to do any work on my car it's a chevy this is the worst place with the worst people Bryan Mike and Scott need to b fired

Wayyyyyyy to expensive. Wanted to charge my friend 380 some odd dollars for a 75 dollar job I did in my driveway.

I made an appointment online for an oil change. The staff is friendly and informative. I would come back again for any service needed.

This used to be a great place until they switched managers. Still refuse to take me off mailing list. Hiked up price of tires 2x the same as any other place. The last time I was there for an oil change I was told to go purchase canned goods in order to get a $50 oil change. Do they price hike for men or just women? Definitely do not recommend. Negative 20 stars.

These guys do a great job at what they do.without hesitation or hassle they do a very quick job but they do the job correctly without failure every time.

They didn't have what they needed to change my oil even though I made an appointment a week before, they put my inspection sticker on sidways and my car smelled when I got it back.terrible experience!

Had a mishap with my break caliper coming loose way out near Keuka Lake and had a tow bring me here to fix her up. Guys were awesome got me back on 4 wheels in just a couple days barring the time needed to order a couple bolts, amazing service! Thanks again Mike!
