Tom, Bob and a younger guy (whose name I missed) are terrific. On a cross-country trip home from the East coast, our minivan suddenly lost power on I-90. We were stranded on the side of the highway with our five children (including an infant). A tow-truck delivered us at Monro after-hours and first thing the next morning, the diagnosed the issue (alternator) and not only repaired the issue *ahead of time*, but Tom had the foresight to suggest that we replace the worn timing belt while we were at it as they were in there at the same time. An oil change (that I requested) and Military Discount later, we were back on the road AHEAD OF WHEN EXPECTED. Thank you, guys. We so appreciate that you are open on the weekend (and sacrificing yours) so the rest of us can enjoy ours.

I would highly recommend this shop! My car wiper fluid lines froze during a blizzard, and the employees generously offered to fix it for free. They were friendly and kind! It was a literal lifesaver, and if I didnt get it fixed, I probably would have gotten into a serious accident. I cannot thank the shop enough for their service and help!

I have to say a “ Big Thank You “ to Monroe Muffler and Brake in WATERLOO for fixing my leaky tire which happened on the NYS Thruway this afternoon.
Picked our daughter Kate up to bring her home for Easter weekend and on the way back my tire pressure sensor went off.
Luckily we were able to make it into WATERLOO.
The 2 great guys took my truck right in and had us back on the road in a 1/2 hour. These 2 were the most friendliest and professional I’ve seen. $ 35 +- out the door. I am very happy and will be contacting their corporate office to give them some kudos.
By the way I picked up a square nail from somewhere.

We have been hear 2x with different car's and both times they have been awesome. We had a inspection done the 1st time and they had us replace a bad wiper, the 2nd time we had just a oil change done with no problems.

Super friendly, attentive service, and reasonably quick. Recently had a tire plugged there which was only a half hour, and then needed a new exhaust system a couple weeks later. The exhaust took only 53 minutes from the time they quoted the work to the time I was called to say it was ready for pick up. Highly recommended!

This is the ONLY auto shop I’ve ever been to where I’ve felt that the fellas running the place truly have my back. They give you their real-deal unbiased opinion on what the best move is for you, and are super friendly as well! I would highly recommend Monro Seneca Falls/Waterloo!

The costumer service is amazing they did anything an everything to help me get back on the road an head back home. Friendly and by far the best service with my car I have ever had.

Check engine light came on while traveling to Seneca Falls. Not only did Steve diagnose it as a non-issue, he didn't charge me for the reset or time and was really pleasant. Was really nice to have the experience with them, far from home.

Their reasonable and let u know whats going on and what needs to b done to ur vehicle. Their awesome!

My family and I have had work done on multiple vehicles of ours by Tom and Steve. We could not be more impressed with their honesty, efficiency, and top notch work! We will certainly be returning for our auto care needs in the future!

My girlfriend went in for an inspection and they failed her for an issue with steering apparatus. They told her it would cost $780. Was able to get car home. Found out it was just steering rod ($40) and two hours of work. Not sure what they thought wouldn't have passed besides that. Really shady. Oh and all their top rated reviews are super suspect. Like they made a bunch of accounts and cooked the books.

Had vehicles in for iol change and NYS inspection. The work was done in a timely and professional manner.

Ive getting my oil changed there now for a few years and they always have my car ready in a timely manor. They are very honest on any concerns they have and do not try to rip you off like a lot of places. I will continue to use their services!

So I actually am very disappointed in this place they cant read codes.we went in to get our car inspected and they told us the code that was causing our check engine light was our o2 sensors. We went to go get our o2 sensor replaced and our now permanent mechanic told us it has nothing to do with the o2 sensor. Its a good thing we got a second opinion, otherwise we would have spent money on work we didnt need, which Monro had quoted $150 higher for anyway. Overall, a terrible experience.

Very friendly staff, efficient. I had my oil changed there and the guy working was all by himself. He got us in and out rather quickly, told a few things that needed to be done soon and what could wait. Definitely gonna make this my new shop.

I went in for an inspection and after getting treated bad the last time I was in the guys in there are amazing. Fran at the front desk was very informational and kept me up on what they were doing. Thank you guys for all your hard work and a great experience.
