I have been going to Monroe Muffler in Glenville for many years to have my car serviced and have always been very pleased.
They are very knowledgeable and very friendly. I highly recommend them.

Wanted to charge me 1000$ for all brakes and rotors when I could do it myself for 300$. I took it there to get my inspection and a caliper replacement. I got charged 657$ for a caliper and hose change. They double charged me for a brake fluid exchange. Brake fluid exchange cost 120$. When a bottle of brake fluid cost 8$ where is that extra 112$ coming from! Prices are ridiculous. Luckily I double checked the receipt and got refunded 179$ but still a 120$ mistake that they didn’t even realize themselves.

Quick service, friendly staff, decent prices and reliable work. Monroe is where I will be going for my maintenance needs.

James and Chet were so wonderful. I brought my car in for new breaks and such for the back of my Malibu. Chet what a funny guy. There service is superrrrrr! High recommend them. You need it fixed, they get it done.

After years of getting my cars and trailers inspected and worked on in this location I won't be doing business here any longer. I've given them many chances and they've done good work for me in the past but today it was yet another disappointing experience. I called a little before 2 pm and talked to someone by the name of Rick. I asked for an appointment to get my trailer inspected, Rick assured me that he could't inspect my trailer because they don't do those kinds of inspections or have someone that could work on trailer brakes. I hope this gets the attention it requires and this problem gets resolved.

James and the staff at 10 Saratoga Rd deserve a big KUDOS for the service, and quality of care they have provided to me. The staff of Chet, Rick, Mike and all the others have gone out of the way every time I have visited to get an inspection or service completed.

James was wonderful. Friendly, kind, very concerned about finding the issue and saving me money. So rare these days. Thank you, James!

Gave me over priced charge for brakes when I didnt needed my brakes replaced, refused to inspect my vehicle, while other places passed me, they just looking to rip you off, highly not recommended

Went to midas on rt. 50 for inspection. Failed me said i needed over 500.00 of work. Went to monro passed inspection. Needed no work done. Thank you monro for being honest.

I had scheduled an appointment on a Friday for the upcoming Sunday (30 Aug 20) for a tire mount and balance. Some disconnect somewhere and when I showed up for my 0930 appointment they didnt have me scheduled. After shuffling somethings around the gentleman working, just 2 guys, fit me in and got my tires swapped. With no issues. It's awesome to see people making a bad situation work out. I appreciate both of them and I will come back next time. The only reason for the 4 stars is because of the issue with th4 scheduled appointment.

I have depended on this Monroe Auto Service location for my car service and maintenance for several years. I have always had good experiences, never been overpriced or oversold services, and my car has never had issues after auto work. The current manager, James, always provides friendly service and explains things thoroughly.

Called in at 8am this morning start of my work day they quoted me a fair reasonable price, service was amazing and had a very welcoming feel. Will defiantly be doing all my business with these guys now! James was GREAT!

I love this thplace! The new manger James is so helpful and professional. He made sure that my car was taken care of, and answered all my questions. Definitely the best experience I've ever had dealing with car problems

I come here every year for my inspection. These guys are great about getting people in on short notice. I recently just had my inspection done and I was in and out within half an hour. Their mechanics are great as well, they actually seem to know what they are talking about, unlike other places (Mavis)

This is the worst place to take your car I took it in from oil change + inspection and I wind up
Paying 500 dollars by applying for a tires credit card then they Stoled my red fog lights that I forgot to take off Which he told me he was gonna unplug be very carefully I will never Recommend this place and this place is at Scotia

Michelle, the “new” store manager is awesome. My vehicle was serviced professionally and in a timely manner. I will go back again and again.
