Monro Auto Service and Tire Centers, Rochester NY

I made an appointment last week to get my tires replaced today. Show up for my appointment only to find out they don't have me in their system and my tires are not in stock. Asked what they could do and got nothing. Now I'm at Dunn Tire down the street getting better service. Not good Monroe, terrible customer service.

Went in for a state inspection, of which Monro was having an issue with their device that plugs into the car to read emissions, etc. It wouldn't work and told me I had to get my car looked at by the dealer as it was supposedly my car that was the problem. They still ended up charging me the full inspection price when they only did the physical part of the inspection due to the device issue which they shouldn't have. Instead of going to the Toyota dealer, I went to another local shop that does state inspections as well to have them see if their device would work. Of which their reader worked just fine on my car and they were able to pass it. The additional plus is they did it right and only charged me for that part of the inspection rather than the whole thing like Monro.

Have been coming here for the longest, Nelson and Gordy make sure everything gets done and at a great price! As long as they are here ill be shopping here too

Gordy fixed my front hood latching issue in a matter of minutes! Professional, friendly, and fairly priced as well.

Been going to Monro for 15 years and I trust the managers, Gordy and Nelson. They provide great service and are always ethical when dealing with customers. Very refreshing these days.

While others said they were too busy for a brake job, they got the work done plus more in one day. Talked about options, clarified what I wanted before completing work, and offered a good price on future work. Great customer care in clean, professional environment. My go-to for all our cars.
