Monro Auto Service and Tire Centers, Cheektowaga NY

Second time I have come in and I came back because they were fast and great. I spoke with Chaz and it was done within the hour, issue with a tire. This time I expect none the less. Bathroom is clean too! The service is top notch and fast, can't ask for more!

I use Chaz, Rob, and the crew for maintenance on my corporate fleet for my job. They are the best! Highly recommend.

Took vehicle in to get an alignment because of odd tire wear. Had to take it back 3 times before I gave up bc the steering wheel was not aligned with cars path of travel. Also pulled one way. After calling it close enough b/c of frustration with in 1000miles I had a balljoint go and tire folded under car. (this was not a mentioned in courtesy inspection or as a culprit for odd tire wear) Had car towed to another monroe. And proceeded to spend aprox $1500 to fix the car. Upon picking up the vehicle the tech told me my other balljoint was bad as well. So basically it could have been avoided if they would have warned me during courtesy inspection. Or helping me figure out why the tire wear. 1st shopped just said their alignment machine must have been off when I kept having to bring it back. After changing the other balljoint I got it realigned and had to purchase another set of tires and pay anither $200+ to mount and balance (this was needed because while my alignmentkept being off it wore the new tires i had to put on the vehicle). Overall experience was negative

Highly recommend this location because of Rob! Without Rob not sure that I'd ever use a diffrent Monroe location.

Super accommodating! I can't thank Chaz n the crew enough for getting me in last minute for my new tires and alignment. They had my car in and out while I waited with my dog. I will be back!

From a B2B perspective this store is exceeding expectations. I was searching for a store to make my fleets maintenance a priority and this store has done that. I appreciate the communication, knowledge, and work ethic of the manager and his associates. Truly a great store to use for any vehicle maintenance needs.

My daughter was struggling to get her battery out of her car because the nuts were to tight. Not having anyone to call she took her chances and walked next door to Monroe tire to ask if someone could help her. The staff was so kind to come to the car and removed the battery and installed the new one. Thank you to the staff at Monroe Tire for your generosity.

I came in tonight at 5: 00 because my brakes were making a noise. I needed brakes and rotors in the front and back. Rob and Chaz were great. They showed me the condition of my brakes and explained throughly how they were worn and unsafe. They needed to order the parts so they kindly asked if i would be able to leave my car overnight. I received a call from Chaz at 6: 45 tonight to tell me my car was ready. They went above and beyond to make sure that i wasn't without my car. Thank you both!

Brought my 2007 Honda Civic in to have the valve stem replaced and spoke with Chaz. He brought the car in and had me in and out in no time! Excellent service.will definitely come back!
