Monro Auto Service and Tire Centers, Auburn NY

Noticed my muffler sounded slightly louder. Called today and they were able to get me right in. They looked at it and told me my muffler flange had rotted and it had no bolt. They said it was a simple fix. They had it fixed within a hour. It cost me less than $100 totalfor parts and labor. I'm happy with it so far. If it gives me any problems will update my review. Everyone was very courteous and nice. Update Had another issue with my car. I had a good experience with this place last time so I called them back up. They were able to fix my vehicle and did it quickly and efficiently. The man who works here Craig went above and beyond to help. More places need employees like him. Will definitely be back (hopefully not any time soon). I added a star to my review because of Craig's awesome customer service skills. I highly recommend this place.

The customer service was fine. But they under filled my oil. Shortly after I left, my engine light came on and almost caused significant engine damage. Would not recommend.

Excellent customer service. Craig, the store manager went above and beyond with communication. He called me when my tires were ordered, when they came in and then scheduled me immediately. The staff was great to interact with while I waited as well.

Easy to make appointment online. Staff was friendly and attentive. I will recommend them and be a returning customer.

I went here two years ago for new tires and upon discovering the tires were faulty and hazardous, returned 2 months ago (after the discovery of the faulty tires) to get replacement tires under the warranty. The entire process was such an ordeal and extremely frustrating. I had to get Goodyear customer service involved due to the fact that the staff at this Monro location were so unhelpful and at times reluctant to honor their own warranty. The warranty itself had a ton of hidden languages that were never explained to me initially. While the tires were replaced, I still would rather return elsewhere in the future for any car-related matters.

I was able to get a same day appointment for an inspection. Which was amazing since it was the last day of the month. Everyone there is so friendly and helpful.

We have come here for years and had always had good service. It seems to be under new management now and nobody seems to know what they're doing. We brought a vehicle in for a simple wheel bearing fix. It's been a week with no progress on the car.and they keep telling us they don't have the tools to do the job or there's no one in the store with the experience to do the job. After years of good service, they've lost our family as a customer!

That grant Ave location is trash nothing but scam artist needs to be shut down right now they are under investigation from the state

Went in to get tires installed and balanced. Left with unbalanced tires (they only had one job lol) and also a new alignment issue. I didn’t know they had a deal (bring one issue get 2 more for free!)

This shop is really good. The mgr Andrew is polite and straightforward. The place is clean and well managed. Everything was explained to me and the work on my vehicle was done in a timely, transparent manner. The whole staff was very helpful. Highly recommend.

I needed a last-second tire repair before making along road trip. I found out about the issue, went in, and they were able to squeeze me in the next morning. Not only did they help me make the best financial option for me, but gave me a full report on my vehicle and got the repairs done quickly and efficiently. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. They really were life savers!
