Guys were great at Monro! They got me right in same day, brakes and rotors done very quickly. Communication was great - dropped my car off less than 2 hours it was ready! Thank you guys!

i went in to have my brakes done, amd after prices changed many times, dates changed many times i show up to my vehicle being crashed repeatedly on camera.after this i was still charged 940$ and after going to another mechanic i found out that no only were they done poorly but hardware was missing from my brakes

he should not be allowed to have a job as a mechanic and id like my refund that I'm owed immediately.

Wait time due to only having one inspector but I didn’t mind since I had the day off. Things seemed to flow smoothly and still got out in what seemed like a timely manner. And I kept hearing from other customers it’s not normally that busy and people are serviced much faster than I was/customers seemed to be those who had visited frequently and were happy with the business. Staff was kind.

The guys were personable and kind. Loved getting to see how they worked with a repeat and very particular customer ahead of myself as well.

Al is a very friendly, accomodating & honest manager. I really appreciated the service I got.

Sheldon helped me get the perfect tires for my truck for a great price. The installation and service was great. I highly recommend this shop, definitely will be a repeat customer.

The store I had made an appointment at had no stickers, I panicked because it was the last day to get my inspection. I called Sheldon at the Stone Rd store and he said bring it in! I drive right over and he and his tech inspected my car and I was on my way! Very appreciative for the service I was given! I’ll be back!

Sheldon got my car in on very short notice and late in the day, provided a diagnosis, brought in the proper parts and got me back on the road same day. He did an EXCELLENT job! I was very pleasantly surprised by this when another shop that I have been using for a long time turned down this exhaust repair. I would definitely use their services again in the future!

Sheldon gave awesome service, my car ended up being unfixable, but he did everything he could to try and get it going again. Let me hang out for 2 hours while waiting for the tow truck, and kept the energy light and comedic to help keep my stress down. Definitely coming back when I get a new car, and highly suggest Monro to anyone that wants to keep their car going before it busts like mine

Randall was exceptionally good actually he was great the guys in the garage were great do an excellent job and a timely fashion I would highly recommend anybody to go to you guys for any kind of work on your vehicles I give you guys more than a five-star rating and with tires you guys are excellent number one in my book keep up the good work guys

I brought my car in today, for an exhaust issue, and I just have to rave about the excellent customer service that I received! Sheldon, Randall and Fred were all so friendly, courteous and professional.and I am very pleased with the end result! My husband and I have brought our vehicles there in the past, and will continue to do so. I highly recommend them!

Found myself in a pinch when my power steering went out, and this shop got me in right away to take care of it! Excellent customer service from Sheldon and the rest of the crew, who took the time to show me under the vehicle and explain what went wrong, and even drew me a diagram to talk me through the hydraulics system. Highly recommend.
