I had my Jeep towed in when it wouldn't start. I had charged the battery at home and it still would not turn over. I thought I needed a starter. So did the tow truck driver. It turns out the battery had very little cranking power. They could have sold me a starter and a battery, and I would been none the wiser. Instead.just a new battery installed for free. You can trust these guys!

Honest, professional and affordable place. What else do you need for a tire/repair shop? Highly recommend.

Overall they got me in day off being later in the day, they did what they said they would and I’d go there again. Just wish they didn’t mix aluminum and steel wheel weights. The steel clasp on bar weights damage paint on wheels. It’s only the inside of the wheel but still.

Wonderful experience everytime I visit. Employees also are great about letting you know what’s wrong with the vehicle w/o pressuring you to get things fixed at there shop.

These guys are fantastic! Bobby is always so honest and helpful. He takes the time to bring me into the garage and show me exactly what he sees which is extremely helpful in understanding what is going on. He is my go to guy and 10/10 recommend him and his team to anyone.

I love this store. The Manager Jeff and Asst Manager Bobby are fair and honest - they listen and give you options. Something always goes wrong with your vehicle when you can least afford it - knowing people who can give you ideas on what you have to fix now and what you can fix later - helps. They stand by the work.

So I got the coupon for an oil change online. I set an appointment. I then go to the appointment and try to use the coupon and the manager says it’s false advertisement. You can’t use the coupon on synthetic oil changes. He rings the total up “ originally $40.00” to the new total of $108.00.
I said wow I don’t even pay that at Valvoline. So I head to valvoline they give me a 25 dollar coupon and I was out in 16 min and spent 69.99.
I never had been to monro and definitely won’t ever return.

This shop is everything you hope for in a mechanic- they’re fast, they communicate well, they aren’t pushy, and they’re honest and fair. Jeff and Bobby are both outstanding. There is a reason this shop has the best reviews in the area. Highly recommended!

Don't go there. You will spend a lot more. Monro use the scare tactics. Let's say you have a budget to spend 500 dollars. You will end up with 3x when leaving the door.

Recently went to get my car inspected with Monro not only I failed but they wanted me to pay 800 dollars for some fix that was not required. They also remove my inspection sticker so I would be easy target for the cops.

I would avoid this place and never again do buisness with them.

Took my car in for an inspection and they failed me. I have a 2019 Honda Accord with brand new snow tires and brand new breaks all around. They took my tire off and informed me that I failed due to peeling of my rotors, it was explained to me that it was a New York State law to automatically fail a vehicle for those reasons, it was a "safety" issue. They then tried to charge me $350 for replacement of my rotors in order to pass inspection. I took my car to my dealer and my dealer couldn't believe what they have done to me. He contacted them right away to inform them that what they have done was wrong and he reported them not only to the corporate office but to the dmv as well.
Later on that day I received a phone call from Monro but I didn't answer. Like what could they tell me. Sorry! SMH beware!
