Good car service place with experienced personnel. Dusty and Ryan have taken care of my cars for 4+ years from oil/filter change to breaks and tire replacement to shock absorbers. Good workmanship, reliability fast, and well priced. Strongly recommended

I had an oil change done at this facility. The manager was helpful and able to fit me in in a timely fashion and the work was done very well

I appreciate every time I need my cars looked at or there is an issue they are kind and effective with getting me in.

The staff was polite, efficient and got the job done! Rich was extremely knowledgeable and kept me updated on everything that they were doing to my vehicle

Changed me 140$ to mount and balance 4 tires, even when I brought them the cleaned rims dismounte! Cleaned keyword bc I expected sticky weights. Instead, I get rim mount weights that fell off the 1st time I drove the car.
Do u guys not understand you only 1 one chance to make an impression? Well, u failed it!
I have also failed for inspection by them for a small rip in the wiper blade. Not impressed

Has new leadership and a young staffing but the work that gets done is done in a relatively timely fashion

Too bad there are not negative star ratings - Made an appointment to have my van brakes replaced, dropped it off 3 days later. Never got a call all day so just before they closed I went in to be told they don’t do brakes on my van type because it is too complicated. I watched a YouTube video and although there are a few more steps to the process it is not at all complicated. Especially with power tools and a lift. It is a Ford Transit, there are thousands of them out there it’s not some exotic vehicle. Never said this when I made the appointment or when I dropped it off. Furthermore they never even moved the vehicle from where I parked it the night before. What a waste of my time not to mention my safety. Now I have to find a real shop to take it to and risk my safety until I can get another appointment! I will never return to this shop. The guy at the desk went on to recommend another local shop stating that is where he takes his own vehicles. Great marketing folks, maybe this guy should be your national spokesman………

102$ for an oil change, wish i woulda asked after seeing the 39.99 sign before waiting an hr down road cost 44$, dont bother

Don’t go here, they’ll nit pick every little thing and then scrape out your old inspection sticker, replaced all parts on front end went in with less then 200 miles on everything and they failed me and told me I needed to replace BRAND NEW parts….

Tim Paugh was very helpful in the issues i was having with my truck and helped me understand what was going on with it and what would be the best action plan to fix my issues.

Tim and staff are very knowledgeable and can get to the root of the problem quickly. I have been a loyal customer now for over four years. Questions are answered without impatience of my lack of mechanical knowledge.

I was very impressed! Tim was very professional, and seemed truly concerned when he called to tell me about an oil issue. He told me he would watch to see if any major damage had been done to my engine. Although, we may not be out of the woods with that issue, he called to tell me about my brakes which was one of the things the car was there for, he said he would have to have my car off the lift by a certain time. When I asked if I needed to schedule another time for the tires he informed me that my tires did not need to be replaced. Just rotated I was shocked. I thought they looked ok, but don't know much about tires. I felt he was sincere and wasn't going to charge me for something I did not need yet. I guess they have earned my business. Tim told me the cost as well as what was going on and kept me updated. Refreshing. Thank you for Hard work!

Love this place and everyone that works there, they're usually pretty busy but depending on what's going on sometimes they've squeezed me in without an appointment when I was in a pinch, and they'll save you money whenever they're able and not try to sell you parts and services you don't need like other garages do, these guys don't take advantage of their customers
