I needed a car inspection, called and set up an appointment. The car was in, inspected, and out in roughly one hour, and as a repeat customer I had a card that took $5 off the inspection cost.

I had a couple minor issues with my check engine light and a slow leak in one of my tires. The staff was really friendly and informative as to what work they did and what was going on with my vehicle. The work was completed quickly and I haven't had any issues since. Highly recommend.

Absolutely fantastic place. Can't say enough good things about their master mechanic John G, Steve (Manager) and Tommy. There is absolutely every reason to take your vehicle here. They can and will fix anything and everything wrong with your vehicle. It's not often said anymore, but these men have earned the trust of everyone who comes in. Honest mechanics, honest shop.

I had a great experience at Monro. The problem was diagnosed very quickly, and the technician explained it and actually showed me the exact problem with my catalytic converter. They ordered the needed parts and had me come in a few days later for the fix. The cost ended up being lower than quoted and everything was handled quickly and done well. My vehicle runs like brand new. The guys were super nice! I've already recommended them to several people and will continue going there for my routine maintenance and repairs. I never felt like they were trying to pad the bill or do unnecessary work.

Had an issue with exhaust system on a 2004 Chrysler Crossfire in mid May. The part needed for the repair was a Chrysler only part and with a total cost including installation was almost $2,400. They found a way to repair the exhaust system by welding and patching, said they had done this in other instances and the work held up, after a month the repair is still sound, at a third the cost of Chrysler part and installation.

Had my exhaust looked at trying to get a quote from a different repair place I was told I needed my whole exhaust replaced from convertor to muffler. Gave a quote if a little over 2000.00. Came to Monro for a second opinion. Total cost for repair was less than 200.00. Flex pipe was bad. My appt was for 11: 00. Was in and out in less than hour. Excellent customer service.

Very nice shop. Did what I asked them to do with no hassle and the price was right. Only problem was they over-torqued the lug nuts- but they all do that! I went back and they adjusted the torque right in their parking lot- took about 30 seconds!

$343 for one wheel bearing! Had no choice but to do it because they wouldn't pass my inspection unless I did. Never again!

Amazing service and very helpful. This was the only place that would see my vehicle without an appointment on a Saturday. Rocky and John were very helpful and got me back on the road to Buffalo when everyone else said I had to wait until at least Monday for service.

*BUYER BEWARE! * I brought my car in for an inspection this AM and was told my rear brakes were barely working and the front brakes were doing all the work. My inspection sticker was removed and I was told I needed new parts. I then brought my car to Keeler Honda for a second opinion & they said my car is fine to pass inspection and they’re not sure why I would be failed. Do not give MONRO IN LATHAM your business or your hard earned money! *UNTRUSTWORTHY*
