Friendly people, got the job done very quickly and efficiently, definitely the place to go for any car job!

I took my car repair shop, with a exhaust problem and was told I would have to wait for parts. I then brought it to Monroe muffler and brake at 2865 Niagara Falls Blvd. Amherst NY 14228, they repaired the exhaust problem quickly and efficiently they were courteous and professional.

Gone here several times for oil change, tire rotation, inspection. Never an issue, staff is pleasant and honest.

Always get honest service at the Monroe I go to. They take car of my car and treat me with respect. Service is done within an appropriate time frame. We bring both cars here b/c we trust the service providers

They guy at the counter didn’t even look at me once. Felt like his paperwork was too important to service a customer. Also refused to do a 15 min job because he had 20 min to close. Very rude and unprofessional.

I find it hard to give them 1 star, but I am doing it after giving much thought. The guys that work at the shop are great. They are the best and very honest. But, their boss, Bob, has no sense of customer service. He is rude in person and on the phone. I just had a horrible experience, got out of the shop, went few yards away and had my vehicle oil changed. I am never returning back here.

My tire was losing pressure. Decided to stop in. They took my car in right away, quickly discovered the leak and fixed it in a timely manner. Mechanics were very friendly. I would highly recommend Monro!

STAY AWAY, DON'T GO HERE. I am a mechanic from Ontario Canada. Automechanic colleges in Canada are Government inspected. Not in the U. S.in Canada the mechanics are tested every 5 years and licensed by the Government. Not in the U. S. The owner of this location had to look at a video on a computer to learn how to fix my vehicle. Most Monro customers come here ONLY for a oil change. Please go to Ontario Canada for vehicle repairs. It's the safety of your family riding in your vehicle.

I have been here a few times for car inspection and to have a flat fixed, never a wait time, and service is always great, would definitely recommend to a friend.

Had a fast acting slow leak in one of my tires coming from Orchard Park to Amherst. Called this shop as it was the closest place I could find. They got me in right away, repaired my tire and sent me on my way. Fast, Friendly, and efficient. What more can you ask for?

Went here for an inspection and they noticed a nail in a tire that I had no idea was there and fixed it. Bob's team is super fast, efficient, friendly and most importantly honest. It's the people that make the difference at a car place, and right now they have excellent top notch people. I'll be back for any car needs-

Terrible manager. This is the shadiest Business I have seen in my 5 years living in Buffalo. Don’t go to Monro Muffler ever, I went in for an oil change and left with pinched brake lines.

I never write reviews but I feel I must let others know about my experience here. To sum it all up: excellent service! My car was serviced as soon as I brought it in. The waiting area was very clean, I didt mind waiting there. The manager Bob is my new friend! He is very pleasent to everyone that walks through the door. He will keep you laughing. I will definitely return in the future.
