Needed a leaky tire fixed and Troy B got me in within a couple hours. Excellent service- will definitely trust my vehicle here and with Troy again!

I went there today to have 2 snow tires mounted and they tried charging me 100 dollars when every other place is half of that or less. The standard package was mount and balance for 19.99 per tire and then he added on 24.00 for wheel balancing a b.s charge because it's included in the package and tried another b.s charge of 25 dollars for tpms sensor rebuild which doesn't even exist for a total of $100.01. They shouldn't do that to people.scammer beware.

I ran into problems replacing a battery, and they were able to get the car in the shop within 20 minutes, and fix my issue in the next 10. Highly recommended!

I took my car in for an oil change and the service tech Matthew did a great job. They're very personable, honest and reliable at this location. I won't be taking my car any where else!

Larry worked on my car and was wonderful.had couple questions asks without hesitation he explained in detail what was needed and why. I've had nothing but great experiences every time I come to this location. Larry, Alex and Jesse all have worked on my vehicle in past and were great. Jim the manager was very pleasant as well.

I love this location. I only get my vehicle serviced here because they are fast and friendly. They always tell me what is needed on my vehicle which i appreciate.

Went in for oil change for my Nissan 350z.when I left and got home I noticed my left front tire rim had been scraped and gouged. I just purchased 4 rims and tire this summer which were expensive and to have someone carelessly drive my car into the bay and hit something like the lift and not even mention to me he must have saw what he did. I will never bring my cars to Monroe or will my family members cars.

Yesterday I came in to have my breaks done. I have to say, what a nice, clean place! Very cheerful atmosphere. Jessie got me in and out so quickly! I wish I could give this place more than five stars for fast service, very knowledgeable, professional and honest prices! Thank you for treating me like family!

Came in for a oil change. Quick service good price.they also fixed my license plate bracket for me. Clean shop and waiting area.

Beware of this place. They did not honor the Tirerack install price and lied about needing rims replaced. Had the work done at mechanic for a third of the quoted price. They are scumbags. Will be reporting to Tirerack - they should not be on their site as recommended.

I have been going to this shop for a couple of years now. Since I moved to buffalo I didnt think I would find a shop I would trust with my vehicle. These guys a very knowledgeable, very professional, and make my stay however long pleasant. I will always bring my vehicle and recommend anyone else to them.

Service always honest and done right. I went in for an alignment but after the alignment machine did it's calculations it wasn't necessary to be done. They showed me why. Cost to me: Nothing! Their honesty saved me a lot of money. I always recommend them as a long time customer.
