Monroe County Public Defender, Rochester NY

Called for custody public defender and talked to a paralegal named Colleen who was not helpful and caused more stress during an already stressful time. She tried to rush the process and was very rude. I asked for her supervisors name and number, which only caused Colleen to be more rude and add to my stress. Not worth the trouble. Hopefully her supervisor, Adele Fine, will give me a call back regarding my custody case and be more helpful during this stressful time.
