Beautiful location and grounds. Came for a wedding. Food was extremely disappointing at the wedding. The worst thing about the hotel room was the in wall hvac system. Kept me up half the night minus the screaming children staying in the room next to me awake and yelling at 7: 30am

We visited this hotel for dinner because of its location. We wanted to have a water view! The hotel itself it truly well appointed and has such a beautiful setting!

We flew in from out of town to stay at the Montauk Yacht Club with my sister and our husbands to celebrate our anniversaries. The only reason they even received one star was because the property itself is beautiful. Our room was on the first level and was right on the beach with a view of the water and boat docks. Check-in process was great. I don't know the gentleman's name that helped us but, he was so helpful and personable. After check-in everything went downhill. Around midnight Sunday the guests next door to us started arguing and slamming their door. They were arguing so loud we could hear every foul word that came out of their mouths and then when the door slammed, they slammed it so hard our room shook. This went on until the last time I called the front desk around 5: 36am. So, between around 12: 30am and 5: 36am not a single person answered the front desk phone so we could make a complaint. Not only is it disturbing that not a single person called us back, but our safety clearly was not a concern. We spoke to the front desk agent and manager, Natalier Santiago the morning we checked out. It was a waste of time since neither could care less not even an apology. Mr. Santiago stated he had the call log and that someone answered my sisters call at 9: 00am. Yes, 4 1/2 hours after my last call that went unanswered. This by far was the worst experience I've ever had and I hope no other guests ever have to be endure what we had to. Our anniversary night was ruined.

Update:
Spoke to the resort manager Kyle and pretty much made it sound like I made up this whole story! His staff lied in their overnight report stating they answered my call which was absolutely not true. They didn't even answer my phone call the following morning at 9am. My sister was able to get in touch with them and they finally called me. It's very clear they will defend their staff and not care for the guest at all. Kyle offered discounted rate for the next time we visit. I do not need nor did I ask for anything nor will I be back to this property. I just wanted Kyle and the managers to hold their staff accountable for not caring for the safety of their guests.

Absolutely love the Montauk Yacht Club! Service is always amazing, from front desk to the dining! Started our day every morning with coffee from IL Forno where everyone there was amazing and remembered our orders and always went above and beyond and truly made us feel special every interaction with them. Not to mention the pizza there is absolutely top notch and some of the best pizza we have had anywhere, period (Burratta pizza and Sausage and pepperoni were our favorites).
The front desk as well as the barstaff also always made us feel special and right at home. Thank you MYC!

Had a great time staying at the hotel. Marina is very nice, and the employees are very helpful. Will certainly stay here again when in town.

Horrible service, eastern staff intent on having fun with each other instead of serving customers, you pay an exorbitant price to serve yourself entirely, three of you under the pool umbrella, you ask for a beach towel and they tell you go ahead, don't they don't even bother to find you a sunbed, let alone give you a towel
Restaurant closed so no dinner, we opt for the pizzeria, we sit outside, tables set, we wait, we wait.we ask, we have to serve ourselves! Place your order, wait for the pizza and bring it to the table
Nothing about our stay went well, there is no one supervising the tour, the structure is at the mercy of bored foreigners

I’ve stayed here as a yacht guest which was lovely. The amenities are pretty great including the pools and on site restaurant. Rachel and Sarah were Allstar bartenders all season. Their oyster specials were a highlight every week. Fairly limited menu but food is pretty great overall. Drinks were great especially the watermelon tequila cocktail. Absolutely love this place and will definitely be back. It definitely turns into a party on the weekend evenings - particularly Saturday night but I enjoyed that so no complaints here.

Perfect getaway! I came just for an overnight here from about 3 hours away. The location is beautiful, the rooms are beautiful (overall beachy chic style) and immaculate, the view is beautiful and the amenities were great. I enjoyed what was supposed to be yoga on the beach, which wound up being a hiit class on the lawn on the water. Very nice. I did the 1 hour boat ride with a very friendly captain. Took a bicycle to the village. Service was very friendly and professional from everyone I came in contact with. Even needed toothpaste, they said they were very low but delivered it right away. The room itself was a nice size with a roomy balcony overlooking courtyard, pool, water and the bathroom w toiletries, slippers and robe was very large and very nice! All immaculately clean, bed was very comfortable. Poolside for a Sunday was perfect w some loungy dj music, pretty pool area right off the water and the little beach is a nice private spot. It wound up being perfectly peaceful, beautiful with enough livelihood that happened to match exactly what i needed from an overnight stay and really enjoy the entire day. I wound up finding an excellent rate so the value was there, the pizza at the pool bar was really good and I'd both recommend this place to anyone and stay here again if I had the chance. Loved the renovated room, little walkways and tables, seating areas w gas fireplaces.really loved it!

Average hotel in a nice setting. 3 star at best. Management is nonexistent and avoids addressing guests. Pricing is exorbitant to the value provided. Skip it and look elsewhere

We visited for brunch. Very nice seating area outside to be enjoyed during beautiful weather.

1st time family trip to the MYC!
We stayed in a villa which is ideal if traveling with children. The grounds were immaculate & there was sooo much to do!
Beach, pool, boating, volleyball, tennis, pickle ball, movie night & more!
Will definitely go again!

Montauk Yacht Club (MYC) is a great place to stay in Montauk. The outdoor pool bar is a great place to have and drink especially with the exceptional bartenders Lili, Rachael and Sara! The entire crew is great.

I had an incredible experience at the Montauk Yacht Club! From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm and welcoming. The luxurious accommodations offered breathtaking views of the marina, and the attention to detail in the room's design was impressive. The on-site dining options were exquisite, with a diverse menu that catered to all tastes. The club's amenities, including the pool and spa, provided the perfect balance of relaxation and recreation. The location was ideal, allowing for easy exploration of the charming town and nearby attractions. My stay at the Montauk Yacht Club was truly exceptional, and I can't wait to return for another unforgettable getaway!

The hotel is wildly overpriced. I was upgraded to a "villa king suite" which I thought would mean we'd have our own stand alone or secluded villa. Nope, we had 3 other families in the same building which we heard constantly. On top of that, the "suite" appeared to be the same size as any other room.

The room service came in plastic containers with plastic cutlery. One piece of avocado toast, one breakfast burrito, two cups of coffee and a bottle of water - $90.

Aside from that the place was decent. The staff does really maintain the grounds that well. My wife and I found ourselves picking up garbage left from the previous night's antics. For some reason they felt the need to ALWAYS have a DJ bumping tunes in both pool areas. I can understand later in the day and headed into the evening, but 830am on Sunday morning is a little aggressive. The overall lack of attention to detail is disappointing. If it weren't for the location, I'd give it 2 stars.

Our first time at MYC and we loved our stay. Everything was so convenient, they have a shop for ice cream and personal shopping. A restaurant and a cute room to order pizzas to go. We LOVED all of the amenities they offered and the fact that they were all so family friendly. The private beach was a big plus, so many pool options, courts, a complimentary boat ride (this was my husbands favorite!) Overall just a joy and a very wonderful stay. Will recommend to other families looking to visit Montauk

We are on day 2 of a 5 day trip and, honestly, I’m pretty disappointed with our room. We have two young children and the fact that the phone doesn’t work and tv doesn’t work would normally not be a big deal… but it actually creates a pretty big inconvenience during our stay (especially when we are located the furthest possible room from the pool, restaurant, and front desk). It’s just not what I imagined given the cost of the place. Beautiful location and very nice staff. But nobody was at the front desk upon arrival to check us in and it’s just been an underwhelming experience so far. Hoping that changes throughout our stay.
