7Worst hospital I have ever been in. I took a catscan and it took them 5 hours to read me the results when it usually takes about an hour
The Emergency Room is not as effective as it should be. Urgent care patient is waiting for sooooooo long to see the doctor. I would highly suggested this Medical center to have as many doctor as possible during the night time.
I came Emergency Room at night 12 clock and still waiting to see the doctor (at moment time is 2: 30 am). The nurse told me that right now it’s so much busy. So, I need to wait.
Incredible wait time. Poor behavior. And also it’s not clean at all found a huge water bug in here.
This hospital use to be good but the staff are rude. The staff are really just there for a check. Sending patients home without really knowing what’s wrong. They talk to the patients with attitude and everything is a rush job when they finally see the patients after the long wait. Telling patients they can leave if there is a problem. Don’t waste your time with this hospital.
DON’T GO HERE this is the worst place I’ve ever been. I don’t recommend it to any one the place is very dirty and the lady that did the blood test for my mother was very very very rude to me even the patient that was next to me said that.she was telling me she will get me out of the hospital because i was sitting next to my mother this lady needs to get fire worst place I've ever been i would never come here again. I hope you are reading this you are the worst in the world
The front desk was rude and I was the only one waiting and took forever to put me in the system, place is dirty, bathroom is disgusting. It wasn’t like this before.
I came here a few times in the past 4 years and this is the BEST ER in the bronx, the Nurse's and Doctor's are Friendly and Caring. They really do care for the patients (I only meet 1 doctor who seem like he was having a bad day) They make sure to look at all possible outcomes. All other ERs should follow them.
