All the negative reviews are true. Honestly, do not waste your time on this place. This man needs to be reported.

RUN! This place is like Payton Place - They dismiss you for NO reasons that are JUSTIFIED. I have been a patient there for 7 years. I called last year to get my RX filled I would see Jacqueline the PA every 6 months for bloodwork- This was in July I already had a physical, and other procedures done between January and July 2022. I was informed after my last bloodwork in January I had to go to a Lab to get my bloodwork done (because of my insurance). I called to get my bloodwork done and get a refill on my RX. To my horror the DOCTORS wife was working the front desk and she was EXTREAMLY RUDE told me I needed a physical (I don't even believe she had my file in front of her or the computer) I proceeded to tell her I was all set and just wanted my bloodwork and RX. She said "oh here we go again" I'm like "do I know you? " I was appalled on how RUDE she was. Also, Jacqueline was on maternity leave at that time so I would have waited till she was back anyway to get a physical. She then told me to FIND ANOTHER DOCTER- Why? Because they weren't getting paid to do the blood work is all I can think of - Also, they do procedures that you are NOT aware of and billed my insurance which was not covered - then billed me. I called my insurance company and they never saw anything like was billed. I had to pay it because they would have sent me to collections. MONEY HUNGRY! They should be shut down don't take my word for it look at all the bad reviews. Like I said RUN and FAST!

I absolutely love Jaclyn! I had a terrible experience at my last PCP office being so extremely large in patient volume that I was easily just a number assigned to a chart and there was no personal connection.

Morgan Road Family Care took me on as a new patient during a time when it felt like no one was accepting new patients and I’ve already developed such a nice and caring rapport with the staff and the practitioners.

I highly recommend this office!

Trust the reviews and avoid this place at all costs. Dr. Silverstein is not only rude & arrogant but he’ll dismiss everything you say and you’ll be in the worst care of your life. It takes weeks for them to fill a prescription, their front desk staff is HORRIBLY RUDE, getting an appointment is a nightmare, and the physicians are just clueless. Seriously avoid! I never ever write reviews but this place is so bad people need to be warned.

The doctors and nurses here are great. I feel like they do care. However, the receptionists are extremely rude and unprofessional; they make it an uncomfortable experience to just call and make an appointment. It’s really unfortunate.

I am an extremely happy ex nurse.now that Dr. Silverstein is regulating my care. Caring, listens and was familiar with all of my illnesses where not many have. And his nurse, Carolyn is great. Very understanding and knowledgeable. Goes the extra mile. Reception has also been great. Thanks to all of you.

After being a patient with Dr. Silverstein for 10+ years, I was dismissed as a patient for owing a past due balance of $50. I have private insurance which pays for most of if not all of my visits. I asked to speak to Dr. Silverstein reguarding this and the staff hung up on me. I called back weeks later after having a hard time finding another office (and needing a rx refill) and again front desk staff extremely rude and sent me to a line that did not exist. Hopefully Dr. Silverstein will see this review and address his staff and my concerns. I am now without important daily medication.

Can't believe I left this place a 5 star just a couple of months ago. Visit this office just a couple of times, and you will see why the reviews are so low.

This practice discharged my Grandmother due to a "compliance issue" because she didn't want to have a second colonoscopy within one year. Completely disgusting. She has pre existing conditions and they should know how hard it is to find a new primary care office during this time. I'll be filing a complaint with the NYS department of Health Office of Professional Medical Conduct. You cannot simply discharge a patient because she didn't consent to a useless colonoscopy with no onset of symptoms that would cause concern. She also smokes and they didn't like that so I'm sure that was most of the reason. Now she is without her medications for another Month until she can be seen by her new office. Disturbing and disgusting to say the least. This office is not ethically compliant. I encourage everyone that has concerns with this office to also file a complaint with the NYS department of Health.

DO NOT EVEN BOTHER WITH THIS PLACE! Unless you want to hear ALL about Bruce's life. I really wish I read these reviews before I made an appointment. Absolutely the worst practice I have ever been to. Also, I think the young woman at the desk has never once smiled in her life. The only person that was respectful and caring was the NP.
