I last came her last year. It was a good experience then (my first mani-pedi). I was in the neighborhood, and decided yesterday to get another one. I was a walk-in, no appointment.

I had Sherry. She was very good. The pedicure was relaxing and she knew what she was doing. The manicure was also very relaxing and she was very attentive. As my nails were drying, she offered a chair massage, which was excellent. I still felt tingles from it well after leaving! The prices are reasonable, the service is professional, the facilities are nice and clean, and even though I splurged a little bit, a nice self-care day every now and then is a wonderful thing.

Probably the worst pedicure I have ever had in the entire world. They barely do anything unless you pay for all these extra services that they dont even properly communicate. They do the bare minimum when everywhere else in the city does so much better than I have gone to. She wouldn’t even cut my toe nails more after asking multiple times nor did she colour within the lines Not worth the time or money and especially not worth the frustration.

Absurdly amazing place to get your manicure and pedicure done also spa services are excellent that was my first time here

One of my nails has gel that peeled off and they were so nice and re-did the entire thing! One of the salons that really cares about you leaving happy.

Powder dip manicure cracked after a week. Totally cracked in 10 days and paid $80 for that only (with tax and tip). Won’t go back.

This has been my new go-to spot. Fanny did great with my custom French manicure. Found her to be very attentive with the gel removal, cleanup, and colour application.

The worst manicure I ever got in my life, the girl did not understand English, I just wanted my nails to be cut with no nail polish and each hand looked different than the others, cut so deep, I had to fix it at home as much as I could

Loved my experience here! One unique thing: they have a card for returning customers that also includes the gel number you used which is very helpful. Additionally I got an amazing massage when I had my pedi. Very friendly staff and clean environment. I will definitely come back!

Absolutely amazing work and customer service! The salon is not small it's also clean and organized. The nail techs aren't rushing their work they ensure it's if not perfect—it's close to.

I went a few weeks ago and while I had the BEST massage on my legs I've ever had (100% serious best massage feet + legs ever), I was put off by big things:
1- I was rushed to pick my nail color and could tell the tech was impatient
2- I paid all this extra money for manicure (all services were just under $200 - $187 with tip) and my manicure was subpar. She had to redo a 8 of my nails because the dip color bubbled with the seemingly super cheap looking top coat. I left with my nails still looking subpar, the top coat looking dull and cheap and not the shape even though I kept saying pointy almond pointy almond.

A-MAZING! Eileen gave me a gel mani with french tips and absolutely crushed it, almost fell asleep in the chair during the back massage too LOL.shes an angel! Everyone there is so nice and made the experience super enjoyable.not my first time and DEFINITELY wont be my last!

Fast and efficient! Joanna did my manicure and they came out great. I even got a massage at the end, I would recommend to anyone.

I had my nails done for my wedding and they came out amazing! I’d recommend this to anyone looking for a nail salon, especially for a big event!

They’re too expensive. I had a simple French manicure in mind. I showed them a picture of it and they said it’ll be 98$. It’s just purple French tips. Why so expensive?

I had a pedi and gel mani by Eileen. She did a flawless job. Eileen also is excellent at massage.

I love this place and is my go to for nails in the East Village. They are very kind to their return customers and always accommodating and show excitement for their service.
