I've been a customer of Moroney's for many years (20+) and I will continue to be, why? Other Harley Davidson dealerships are overly pushy sales teams, fortunately Moroney's "Is Not" at all pressuring, which makes a visit to them a very pleasant experience, especially when I'm simply there for a part or two!

Nice Harley dealer. Big selection of items and a ton of bikes on the floor. Most are used bikes but that i'm sure is a result of supply chains issues and no fault of the dealer. In our travels we visit most if not all the Harley dealers we pass. I would put Moroney's at the top of good dealers to visit.

Moroney's was, has, and always will be a great dealer. I've dealt with them multiple times on parts and service. I needed a master cylinder kit for my 09 Street Glide, the local dealer didn't have it in stock. But Moroney's did. I wasn't going to make it on time to pic the part up. So arrangements were made to pay for the part and make it available to me to pick up later. Worth the hour and twenty minute drive. Didn't catch the parts guy's name, but thanks for your help dude!

Drove up from Rhode Island to visit family in Newberg NY, ran into some bike issues with some wiring and the person at the parts counter wish i knew your name. This gentleman came to the counter with some wires, heat shrink, everything to do it myself. I appreciate everything you did not much but goes along way.

Just brought new bike from Moroney’s. Darren was my sales person. What a nice person! I called to express interest in the bike last Friday. He put a hood on it for me so it was ready to test ride that Saturday. Offered a fair trade in on my old bike when I got back from the test ride, and we immediately shims hands on the deal.

I picked up the bike Yesterday, and it was ready to go with the few extra’s that I had requested. Couldn’t have asked for better, or more attentive service.

The Ultra was making a noise it shouldn’t 3 hours from home. Staff was very pleasant got me in. Found and replaced bad front wheel bearings and got me and my wife home safe. Highly recommend!

I purchased a 2006 Harley Davidson Softail from Maroney’s this winter. They sold me the bike with original tires with threads that were less than adequate. Without putting more than 100 miles on it, I was at Bergen Harley for a separate issue and Bergen Harley told me the bike wasn’t safe with how low the treads were and they were appalled that Maroney’s or any Harley Davidson dealer would let me ride away with original tires with treads so low. I spoke to Kevin the manager and all he said was that I bought the bike “as is” and was completely rude. Bergen Harley even called over to let them know that it’s ridiculous and they repeated the same thing that I bought the bike “as is”. There’s a right way of doing business and then there’s this way. They don’t do right by the customer. You don’t want to work with them.

I highly recommend Moroney’s Harley Davidson Motorcycle Dealership. I have purchased several bikes from Denise and have been very satisfied with the sales and service staff. They are friendly community minded people that care about bikers and have been doing it for well decades. They don’t rush a sale, they actually care about your riding experience and continue to follow up with you on issues that affect motorcycle enthusiasts. They are an asset to HD and the Hudson Valley.

$81 for a rear tube to be replaced. Absolutely outrageous you guys must be out of your minds. Also took a full 24 hours. Go to big boys toys on 9w. They charge $55 and have it done in 2 hours. Been going here since I could walk but the prices are simply too much now. Very very greedy it’s sad to see

I was communicating with a salesman Joe via phone calls/texts about a bike for about a week, he described it as “immaculate condition”. I asked him for extra pictures of it and he said it wasn’t necessary and assured me it was in great condition. After driving 8 hours one way to purchase the bike, I show up and it is obviously in horrible condition, absolutely nothing like he had described. To make matters worse the bike wasn’t cleaned and still contained trash from the previous owner. It was a wasted 16 hours of driving when he could have been honest from the beginning. Absolutely no responsibility was taken by Joe or his management team!

Why buy anywhere else, had the greatest experience there and wow were they the most friendly and great at customer service. True gentleman. I'll be back for sure thank you guys

I would like to take the Opportunity to write this Review, I have been Riding Harley's since 2003 and have Dealt with alot of Harley Davidson Dealerships in that Time. This Experience with Moroney's so Far has been the Very Best to Date, from the First Time I called an Inquired about a 2015 CVO Street Glide, I spoke with Salesman Kyle Stewart, the Harley CVO was just brought into the Dealership from the Auction the asking Price was $28,995 they didn't even have any Pics of the CVO Yet, Kyle did Everything he could to get the Info on the CVO for me. Kyle was able to Download all the Paperwork for the CVO with all the Modifications that was done to the Engine and Transmission which added to Almost $23,000. Kyle Sent me Pics a Video and Paperwork on the Engine an Transmission with his Personal Cell# of the CVO I was Extremely Impressed, Even after they Found out how much Money that was Spent on the Engine and Transmission they never Raised the Price on me which they could have Easily. I put a Down Payment on the CVO, I can't begin to Tell U how many Times I either Called or Text Kyle due to Being Excited about Buying the CVO, In which with all our Transactions we became Friends what a Great Guy. I couldn't of asked for a Better Guy to Deal with. My Father and I drove down Pick up the CVO. We met Kyle an looked at the CVO what a Beautiful Harley just as Described, I took it for a Ride when I came back Kyle said U need to Take the Bugs out of Ur Teeth from the Smile I had when Returning from the Ride. I was Extremely Impressed with the CVO. We went Inside and Met Kevin Kane Sales Manager which I had Previously Spoke with on the Phone. Signed all the Paperwork to Finalized the Deal. Everyone we Met at Moroney's HD was Very Kind, Courteous, Helpful and Friendly like I had known them for a Long Time. My Father and I was Very Impressed with the Dealership. Kyle even gave me a Moroney's Gift Bag with a Moroney's HD Shirt, a HOG Bottle an Dew Rag, Pen, Poker Chips what a Kind Jester. If I was ever to Buy another Harley and Encourage Everyone Looking to Deal with a First Class Harley Dealership they will be the First on my List to Call, Thanks to Everyone at Moroney's HD for Such a Great Experience.
