Outstanding service! I called to find an original Schlage replacement deadbolt for a exterior door that I purchased from Morse more than 20 years ago. When I arrived, Rufus had several in a drawer to choose from. When I offered to pay, he said “no charge just come back when you need something. ” Guess where I’ll be going? Try getting that kind of experience in a big box store. Shop local!
