Mike is an excellent craftsman and does high quality work. He knows all the codes and does not take shortcuts. Gives good recommendations for problem areas. Very happy with the outcome. He even did a little extra for us at no charge while he was here. His team is very professional, respectful of our property, and did cleanup at the end of each day. Our second time using Mosely Construction, and will use him for any future needs. Highly recommend!

Emergency septic situation in which we found out our septic tank was shot and had to run a 200 ft sewer lateral into the town sewer. Lots of work, BIG trench, through small creek and trees. Super responsive, excellent planning, and adapting to changes with the town guidelines/recommendations as needed. Mike has excellent communication skills with appropriate channels and relaying info to clients. We also had a window egress installed a few years ago and loved the work then. Highly recommend Moseley Construction. The project will get done, and done well.

Mike replaced our poorly installed, outdated, sliding glass doors and hazardous steps with a lovely French door with a small porch and steps that will probably outlast the rest of the house! I truly can't say enough about his talent and his professionalism. I wouldn't hesitate to contact him in the future.

I contracted with Mike to extend a downstairs room and entryway, and he convinced me that a new second floor room as well would be useful and cost-effective. He did an exceptional job, inside and out - many people have commented on the seamless joining of inside exposed beams and woodwork, particularly. I've written quite extensively about this on another site, but I'm taking the occasion to update a detail - the extension required uprooting old and entangled forsythia, lilacs and rose bushes. Mike dug them up, disentangled them, and here they are all blooming again. I couldn't recommend his work more highly.
