Motel Morris, New York NY

Really enjoyed the brunch. Had the huevos rancheros and cinnamon swirl pancakes, both were really good. The waiter was really nice and the bathroom is funny.

We were in town with some ex-pat friends who booked this restaurant based on their previous great experience. It really didn't disappoint. Atmosphere was fantastic, food brilliant and staff superb. Would highly recommend.

We got a table right away, they were very accommodating. The drinks were great the food was delicious, we had a lovely dinner.

Love this place! I’ve been here a couple of times and it never disappoints. Last time I was here was for my mom’s birthday, and our server Robert was great; he was very sweet and made us feel comfortable. The snacks are delicious, especially the fries! And while it may not always be on the menu for dinner, you could ask for the burger and it never disappoints. I order it without the bacon, and even though I ask for well done, it’s never burnt and very juicy. I always explore their mocktail options, and enjoy it every time. Great ambiance inside, and the outside seating is good. The staff is nice and welcoming!

Great selection of bottles and cocktails. Food was good. Just missing that last little 'umph for the 5 stars. Def a great neighborhood spot.

My friends and I were looking for a quick bite and happened to stumble upon this place. Glad we did; we were seated and served quickly in a cozy nook of the restaurant. Lasagna was delicious, ambience was welcoming, and the staff were attentive. A little pricy, but what NYC restaurant isn't?

Stopped in for a quick neighborhood bite…the hostess & Jessica, near station was super attentive to my request to be near an outlet for my oxygen…as it happens her Mother.yada yada…we had a nice conversation:) Started w delicious drinks! Dinner came & the order was slightly twisted, but fine- Jessica insisted that they fix the error, so we had the Romaine Salad w amazing dressing, the Roasted Chicken & the super delicious summer greens lasagna. All food was sooo good. Service was super attentive & pleasant…. Everything was very pleasant! Jessica turns out to be the owner w Chef husband (Red Cat) & told us of mid-August plans for Happy Hour What was supposed to be a casual bite turned into a memorable experience w crazy delicious food
We will return!

What an amazing meal! Highly recommend Motel Morris. Great service. Beautiful space inside and outside. Very friendly professional staff. Can’t wait to return. The skirt steak and tuna were spectacular. Loved the cauliflower appetizer.

What a pleasant, happy place! Great bar design and that huge slightly tilted mirror. The waitress, Lauren, was a pleasure. Three of us had lunch yesterday and unfortunately two of us misunderstood the shrimp dish, thinking it was a sandwich Because it was called a “shrimp Gyro salad”. (The menu I just looked at online here on their website doesn’t look anything like the menu we were presented with for lunch.) What arrived was a few shrimp with a mound of mostly lettuce. When I went over to check the menu description of what we had ordered, the manager, Jamie, noticed and came over to ask if anything was wrong. When I explained it to her she immediately offered to exchange the meals for any other meals we wanted, which was a very large and pleasant surprise… really unexpected. There was something about the wording of the shrimp dish “gyro” that made us each think it was a sandwich, but it did have the word “salad” so we were willing to tough it out. Jamie insisted that she would exchange it and she did. We thought this went above and beyond and certainly would come back to this fine establishment in the future. One kind gesture can go a long way. Thank you!

Sat in the street-side motel rooms for dinner and drinks. Great options for both food and drink; and friendly service staff.

Best neighborhood spot! Desserts are to die for and the bathroom is the cutest in the city. Everyone who works here is so nice too!

Local and cute place. Very good food and cocktails. I had steak and fries and out of office cocktail. Fries were very very good. I would visit again.

Walked past this place many times and this time walked in. Now I know why it's so popular. Small brunch and lunch menu. Fabulous chicken salad, and vinegar salt dusted fries. Great cocktail. Cute interior. Sat at the bar where could see into the kitchen.

Seems to be a great place for cocktails, but we came for an early dinner. The bar inside was full with people having a great time.

The food was better than anticipated. Pimento deviled eggs are enormous and so flavorful. First bite into the salmon made me vocally exclaim how delicious it was. The malt vinegar dusted fries are a MUST. Had a non alcoholic cocktail that could have fooled me if hadn’t have know. The hosts and servers were incredibly attentive and kind.

Lastly, the bathroom was ADORABLE and giving off quirky grandma in Miami vibes. Always love a flamingo.
