They have recently changed hands so they are working hard to get things back in store but they have a great dairy free and gluten free options

A pretty terrible experience all-around. The people behind the deli counter couldn't have been more disorganized or clueless. There were 4 people behind the counter and only one person was actually doing something. The cashier was also not very good. She had to enter everything manually she was so bad. The layout of the store is also very poor. There is no room to move even when it isn't busy.

What am amazing store! A family owned health food store with ready made foods, fruits, veggies, nuts, coffee, vitamins, supplements, almond & peanut butter. Even fresh press juices at reasonable prices. I was extremely impressed with the variety of food choices. Check my pics! Huge store check them out!

Ridiculously over priced on everything. You're better off going to nature's pantry. I went in looking for treeline cream cheese spread, they're charging 14.50, when nature's pantry has it for 8.69. What a joke.

Poughkeepsie store: Great selection. Excellent supplement section with discounts. Superb fresh vegan deli and gluteb free bakery. High prices. Slow checkout. A big store and only 1 register open most of the time. When there are 7 people in line, they open another register. So there are maybe 8 to 10 employees on the floor and only 1 to check you out.

I do love all the natural, organic items from smaller companies, but gosh the prices are absolutely insane and extremely inflated (some items can be ordered directly from the company cheaper than buying it from you guys). I do understand you guys are a small business and don't get many discounts compared to bigger companies, but your competition nature pantry (Fishkill and Newburgh for the Poughkeepsie store) prices are much more competitive and they are a small business too.

Great health food store. Many options. Good local selection. Great prepared food. Staff are super helpful and friendly

A little pricey, but they have some unique products, like the hair pills that work best for me, often on sale, and powdered soy milk that lasts forever & is good in a pinch! Also, they carry a fabulous tomato face splash I haven't seen in over a decade - worth the money.

It's a little overpriced but they have great products. I was VERY disappointed with customer service. I had a question about one of the products I recently purchased. The lady laughed at me when I explained
my concerns about the product and continued to talk over me.

Very good store I get a lot of organic stuff here that I can’t get anywhere else only thing is there a little pricey but other than that very helpful and nice people

The Poughkeepsie location is awful! Food is lousy. Place is dirty. No one sweeps the floor or wipes a table. They just stand around and talk. Other employees have an attitude. The only cashier is very slow. This place has really gone downhill! Kingston is the one to go to. Don't bother with Pok.

A variety of different natural food and sanitary, beauty, health and other suppplies. Wonderful customer care.

Love this place usually go in once a week to get stuff I need very nice store and very big selection only thing prices are a little on the high side other than that it’s great

I love the store. The Kingston produce department is the best organic produce department in the area. Everything always fresh with a varied selection. Yes it is true that some items can be purchased for less in the big chains. I look at my budget and shop accordingly. One of the main reasons I try to purchase as much as I can at Mother Earth is to support local business. Mother Earth also purchases from local farms and companies. The bonus point program helps off set the price difference. As far as rude staff I have never encountered it. I find them helpful when I ask otherwise they leave you alone to shop without annoying you.
