Busy place. Make sure you have all your documents for the transactions that you need to accomplish.

All employees were extremely courteous and kind. I was in and out within 5 minutes to renew my registration.

Didn't take too long getting in and they were very helpful to me by telling me exactly what I needed to ask the lady at my car insurance company for and they faxed it right over. I don't know why they couldn't accept my digital insurance card.in their defense they warn you, that they dont accept digital copies of insurance, with a sign posted on the wall.but I still would love to know why they can't.

Not bad for a DMV they are usually very helpful and quick they have a Person at the door who looks over your forms to make sure that you didn't miss anything

Had to make an appointment but they were accommodating with what we needed. Ladies behind the counter were super nice! They deserve 10stars

Took 10 minutes to get my license renewed. You have to make an appointment, but no lines and no waiting.

They kept appointment as scheduled they helped me get everything I needed done the ladies were pleasant to deal with

Making an appointment was quick and pain free through the website. And I was immediately helped.in and out within 20 minutes. One of my better DMV experiences.

Complete waste of time. I waited a month for my appointment today and there’s no way to contact an actual human being when you call with a question. 5 minutes late to my appointment because I couldn’t get ahold of anybody there and now I have to reschedule and wait another month because of THEM. I don’t understand why it’s so hard for someone real to pick up the phone and answer a question, it’s annoying and frustrating to drive all the way out there for a big “screw you. ”

11 AM. Mailbox full. Not answering the phone number listed to call with questions. Even tells you not to leave a message.

Doesn't answer the phones, and are not very helpful when you go there. Not to mention how often rude they can be. Try any other DMV.

They have no clue what they're doing. You'll have to go four times to accomplish one task, each time you go they'll either have a new paper for you to fill out or they'll request a new piece of information that wasn't mentioned last time. It is however a necessity so beggars can't be choosers.

So confusing. Need printed (within 30 days) postmarked mail. Sorry it is 2020 who gets mail besides promotional presorted prepaid spam mail. Just register your car in Vermont. It's easier and cheaper.

For the first time going to DMV in Fulton County was a great experience. After the very long shutdown I made an appointment and was in and out in 10 minutes. Finally after a very long wait the car that has needed to be registered is on the road!
