I do not write reviews but Dr. Gutierrez has incredible bedside manner and Nurse Cortnei is such a help. Recommend to anyone looking for a great OBGYN

Good doctors but absolutely terrible billing and admin services. Unexpected charges, no communication. Go somewhere else.

Do not recommend this location. If you are more than 60 seconds late they will refuse to hold your appointment even if you checked in online in advance. Why don’t they make the apportionment times earlier and allow a normal 4-5 minute grace period? This is New York, subways are rarely on time. This location has absurd rules and I will never be using them again.

DO NOT GO FOR ALLERGY SHOTS HERE! They will waste your money and time. I waited for THREE months to get allergy shots. They charged me $300 initial visit, $150 MANDATORY visit online for 10 mins just to say that I MUST purchase expensive medications like epi pen per their hospital policy. This visit totally could have been a message thru the portal but the doctor insisted that the message MUST be delivered thru the visit "per their hospital policy" (just to get more money from me). Medications were around $200 (but if you didn't know general alternatives it would have been $1000). You also MUST bring these medications to EVERY visit per their hospital policy - i.e. Bring epi pen, steroids and over the counter meds. And lastly, they only give you a shot once a week and only when the doctor is in the office. The doctor is missing A LOT. So when I was about to get my allergy shot it turned out I will be only getting 2 allergy shots a month cuz the doctor is not in the office 2 weeks out of 4 weeks. At that time I left for a different practice.
Now I'm getting allergy shots 3 times a week SOMEWHERE ELSE and don't have to adhere to ridiculous policy like carrying 3 meds with me and wait for the doctor to be on site. I come and leave within 5 mins. Within 1 week I built up what I would have built up at Mount Sinai in 1.5 months.
Mount Sinai wasted THREE MONTHS of my time, $700 and all meanwhile I was suffering with really bad dust allergies. Now I have renovation at home and could have already had immunity against dust. AVOID THIS PLACE.

Nurse/PA Stacy, and Dr Klein, completely turned my day around and provided compassionate care to help me with my fractured foot. Also the office check-in was digital and fast, not a ton of paperwork like other offices. Highly recommend! Thanks you two.

Arrived 15 mins past the hour due to F train having northbound delays after an incident. Filled out paper forms as instructed before doing the kiosk check in, then sat for 15 mins more before then told me I need to reschedule for 3 months later because I was past the grace period by 3 mins according to kiosk check-in time despite getting there 15 mins past. Why is the check-in time not when I get there? I had a good experience w Dr Choi which is why I came back for another doctor but the lack of patient empathy means I will just find another clinic.

Mount Sinai? More like Mount Extortion

Fellow New Yorkers: I strongly advise that you do NOT visit this practice or any Mount Sinai facility for that matter. I naively visited this facility for some basic services thinking that it would be fairly priced due to it being a non-profit. Boy, was I wrong. For what I normally pay $20 out of pocket for a typical appointment I was months later being demanded to pay nearly $360. This is frankly extortionate, extremely immoral and speaks to how broken the healthcare system is here in the United States.

While the doctor seemed knowledgeable one should not have to pay $360 for 15 minutes of face time with a doctor.

Long story short: go literally anywhere else BUT Mount Sinai. I’ve never had such a negative experience with a healthcare provider in my entire life.

DONT GO! They charge you before your doctors appt and then tell you they can’t do anything for you. Wasted $400 to be told I need to go to someone else

Impossible to talk to anyone. I moved back to NYC and have medical problems and want to make sure I get my records to my PCP before visit. Frustrating that a human based service doesn’t see the need to have a human to talk to. The online chat took so long to load I gave up waiting!

Everyone here – the doctors, nurses, and staff – has been incredibly accommodating, considerate, and forthcoming. They seem to be doing their best to show care and professionalism in spite of a tough healthcare system and that is really special and worth commendation. I hope Mt Sinai will give their nurses and staff the additional compensation and benefits they deserve.

Wish I could've went, waited for months for an appointment and they called me the day before to tell me they actually don't take my insurance.

I had a <10 minute introductory phone call, but was charged $660 for a 1-hour, in-office, "complex" appointment. I tried to dispute this (as the nature of the phone call was just me describing my symptoms), but was denied, and the doctor never followed up as he had stated. Definitely felt let down after this experience.

There is nothing worse than Mount Sinai. I have called them 10+ times to follow up on my MRI and received tons of contradicting information from them. The staff is rude and not helpful at all. Now I have a hand injury that has not gone away for months and they are simply have no idea what is going on. I have also followed up with Dr. Marco Yeung multiple times via their platform (which they told me to use) and received no response from him on my injury. If this is the level of service he thrives to provide to a patient with an injury, then perhaps a different career is more suitable for him and honestly everyone working at the center.
I wish I never went there because now two moths passed and I still have the same injury with no updates from them. My next action is simply to start over with another Dr.since Dr. Yeung is not even responding to help me.

This clinic is a joke. They called me at 7: 20pm the night before my appointment (at 1pm the next day) saying that I need to call my insurance to make a change to my profile, otherwise I wouldn't be able to keep my appointment the next day. I called my insurance and it turns out they had it wrong on the office end, so I tried calling them back multiple times at 7: 40pm, but was unable to reach anyone or leave a message, even though their office hours online and on the answering service CLEARLY state that the office closes at 8pm. With the less than 24 hours of notice for this call, along with the complete unreachability of the staff, I am incredibly frustrated with how this clinic is run. You clearly do not care about the people that you purport to help.

Was referred here by my PCP because the clinic was supposed to have an ultrasound. This wasn’t the case, a waste of my time and money, now I have to make two additional appointments elsewhere.

I never leave reviews but I absolutely love love Dr. Grover! The entire staff there was kind and efficient. There was literally no wait time. My mother came with me to the visit and was telling Dr. Grover that she is sending her all the blessings because she is truly patient, includes you in the care, answers all your questions and ensures she actually gets to know you as a patient of hers. Will absolutely be seeing her again! Thank you to the whole team for everything!

After checking with Dr. Ameer, the lady at the front desk told me I had to reschedule my appointment because it was 1 minute past the 15 minute grace period. Very frustrating considering I came in drenched from the rain and had been seated and filling out forms several minutes earlier.
