I’ve been with this practice for 5 years and visit both offices frequently. Always professional, kind, caring and so respectful. I love Dr. Kopstick and everyone at Victory Internal. I tell EVERYONE I know about the practice. If you have a poor experience it’s definitely a “you” thing.

I was a new patient and Dr. Bergman diagnosed my medical condition and he is a wonderful physician who I recommend. The staff was very nice and caring.

I’ve been a patient of this practice for many, many years. I am not a fan of the victory blvd office because of long wait times and the office staff can be a bit rude. I am however a huge fan of the Hylan blvd office as the staff is pleasant and helpful. I love Dr. Kopstick and I drive from NJ to see him. He always answers my messages and helps fill my medication in a timely manner. He is both caring and compassionate and has been a great support system for me when other doctors have ignored serious health concerns.

Please don't go there, i recently had the unfortunate experience of visiting a hospital to schedule an appointment, and I must say that the receptionist I encountered was nothing short of appalling. The level of service and professionalism demonstrated was far below what one would expect in a healthcare facility.sincerely hope that the hospital administration takes note of these concerns and addresses the issue promptly. Patients deserve to be greeted with respect, empathy, and efficiency when seeking medical care. Regrettably, my experience with this receptionist fell far short of those expectations.

Dr. Bergman and Dr. Kopstick are both extremely caring and intelligent doctors. They are very thorough and have always done the right thing by me. I have multiple complex chronic health issues and I trust them completely to help me mange all of this.

I made an appointment for a physical weeks ago with Dr. Shye Wortman. I went to my appointment today. Upon arrival, I was told they changed the doctor and my appointment was canceled. I never received a phone call. The receptionist was rude and my morning was wasted. Extremely unprofessional office.

My recent visit to the medical center left me profoundly dissatisfied and frustrated. Despite having a pre-booked appointment, the entire experience was marred by unprofessional and unhelpful receptionist staff.

Upon arrival, I was hopeful that my scheduled appointment would be honored promptly. However, to my dismay, I was left waiting for over an hour past my scheduled time. Not only was this delay inconvenient, but it also demonstrated a complete lack of respect for patients' time and well-being.

As I grew increasingly impatient, I approached the receptionist desk to inquire about the delay, only to be met with indifference and a dismissive attitude. The staff appeared uninterested in assisting or providing any explanation for the extended wait. Their lack of empathy and communication skills only added to the frustration of the situation.

Finally, after wasting valuable hours of my day, I decided to take matters into my own hands and canceled my appointment myself. It is disheartening to witness such a lack of accountability and professionalism within a medical facility, where patients' health and well-being should be of utmost importance.

In conclusion, my experience at this medical center was nothing short of disappointing. The receptionist staff's unhelpfulness and disregard for patients' time are unacceptable. I sincerely hope that the management takes swift action to address these issues and improve the overall patient experience. As for me, I will be seeking care elsewhere in the future. Doctor’s are very professional and friendly.

I totally disagree with these negative reviews. I have been seeing Dr Brum for several years, he has been nothing but totally professional and kind during every visit. I love that they always call with test results, good or bad in a timely fashion. There was one time I was very apprehensive about a particular test result and Dr Brum called me early on a Sunday morning with good news, knowing how anxious I was.

Based on my experience, the doctor I had here seems careless about my health record and test results. Doctor doesn't seem to want to help much. Furthermore, doctor doesn't evaluate my health properly despite my high cholesterol, low vitamin D, and high liver level. I have received no treatments as of yet. The front desk seem to not care. I'd advise anyone to take their time and find a practice where doctors care and take their time with their patients. Don't waste time or money here. Co-pays are high as well.

Extremely unprofessional! They cancel your appointment a few hours prior and have no consideration for the working class who ask for the day off. When you call back no one has an explanation on why or when you can reschedule.
I don’t have insurance so I’ll guess I’ll take my money elsewhere!

I have waited almost a year for bloodwork referral after being on cholesterol medicine. They keep insisting i get it done at their office however my insurance wont cover the bloodwork there. So now after waiting and intending to demand my referral from the DR directly they tell me as i show up they no longer take my insurance at all. I also asked the receptionist when i booked it if they still took my insurance. Really terrible. Now i have to start all over and its dangerous not to have bloodwork when on a statin med so long. Not to mention i kept leaving messages about my bloodwork and no one returned my call. Also want to mention they did my bloodwork 2 years ago and told me i was covered, then i received a $375 bill! Yet they would still not give me my referral the next visit.

Terrible receptionists, she has an attitude that really makes things difficult.idk if she knows what her job is, but she needs to be really more friendly with people, knowing the clients keep her busy & working.

Daniel who works at the front desk is nasty and rude. I would never schedule an appointment here. Doctors who allow this type of staff would never get my support. Very disappointed.

Doctors are sweet, but the receptionists on the phone are incredibly nasty and never fail to make you feel stupid. Every. Single. Time. No matter what you ask or how you ask it, they sound like they have no desire to be on the phone with you and make you feel like you’re asking the wrong questions. I hesitate to call, unless I absolutely need to. As a medical clinic, they should have the common sense to have a kinder attitude towards their patients. I work at a hospital so I can assure you, I am competent with my questions. I am honestly having a difficult time expressing my frustration for this clinic without being flat out rude. I have, for whatever reason, been with them for years, but I will surely be switching my PCP to any another clinic.

Thankfully I only need to see the doctor once or twice a year. I find the staff to be useless at times. When I call and try to explain what I need and much of the time the operator asks me to leave a detailed message for the doctor. After explaining what need to the attendant for five -15 minutes they direct me to leave a detailed message. The attendants must be robots that are told to ask clients to leave messages.

The system that they use is limited because it is not interfaced to accept reports from Quest Diagnostics, where I prefer to get my bloodwork done since it is very close to where I live.

Actually it’s a no star the employees there are so rude and disrespectful talking nasty about patients once they turn their back they are also not clear about the charges. After I went there for some blood work they charged me upfront to see the doctor and after a couple weeks I received a bill in the mail asking me to pay triple what I already paid. Punch of thieves and the worst clinic ever
