Mount Sinai Westchester - Yonkers Orthopedics

This is the absolute worst! I am not able to get a hold of my doctor or anyone in the office. I am routed to an answering service that send a message to the doctor and they'll call me when they feel like it. THIS IS 100% UNACCEPTABLE! I have not received a call back and if I cannot reach anyone to pay my bill or anyone that will help me in the actual doctor's office, then that means I owe nothing and I will document all attempts to pay so when the time comes, I will see them in court to have my debt erased since this company refuses to help patients in an acceptable way or accept payments from a patient! This is absurd!

Poor customer service. Poor telephone assistance. Terrible answering service offers zero help to clients/patients. No consideration of keeping on time for schedules. ALWAYS (yes. ALWAYS) late for appointment times. Use them only if you have little or no other choice.

Very helpful, attentive and insightful throughout the entire process. Great team and staff as well.

Dr Ragusa is one of a kind. He is a top notch surgeon that treats you like you are a part of his family not just a patient. His staff is one in the same. Five stars do not him justice. Can’t say enough nice things about him. Thanks for everything!

This office deserves more stars if it could be offered. To start with the staff was professional, hospitable, and very thorough explaining the process. What was great that everything was technology based with tablets being used versus paperwork. Once inside, from the radiologist to the doctor was nothing but A+ service. Dr. Ragusa was thorough and not only explained every possible scenario, but also offered possible remedies to all the scenarios. For my first time, it’s an absolute plus to return and I highly recommend it to all!

Dr. Paul Ragusa and Vishal Mehta are excellent Physicians. I had my Mother got her shoulder replaced early this year > i must say I was reluctant as they were new Physicians and Being myself a physician - I know best surgeons in the area. I looked at there credentials and I decided to go ahead with them after talking/ consultation with them. My mohter underwent very successefull surgery and doing excellent. I had no hesitation when my Mother needed Knee relacement and which she also underwent successfully recently. I am very thankful to them for Excellent results and their professionalism. I will recommend them to any one without any reservation. Great Surgeons!

Dr. Mehta explains everything and also give you different options. He does not force surgery. I'm glad I went to him. I highly recommend him. His staff is very considerate.

By far one of the best doctors I have ever been to! Most surgeons wants to cut you open and get paid. Dr Mehta really tries to find a way to cure your pain and use surgery as a las resort! Highly recommend! Him and his staff make you feel like part of the family!

I have no complaints of this place. They are very professional. They take care of you in a timely manner. The nurses and the doctor are Awesome. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Very pleased with their service.
