Great, clean, affordable space in a great location. Works well for me as a dance professional to do private lessons.

The MoveLab Space is absolutely ideal for one-on-one personal training or bodywork sessions, and/or small group educational classes and fitness sessions. Richard goes out of his way to make your experience there as enjoyable and rewarding as possible because he is just so dedicated to supporting physical wellness in his community, and is truly one of the nicest people I've ever worked with. Rent the MoveLab any time you need that intimate Space - you wont' regret it!
